[Resolved] Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) — RTGS transfer amount from ICICI Bank not credited to beneficiary account | |||
Sir, On 2nd April'15 @09:07am I made one RTGS transfer(ref no.ICICR[protected] from my ICICI Bank, Salt Lake sector I Branch savings account for an amount of INR 3, 97, 700 to UCO bank Lake Town, Kolkata. Though the same amount has been debited from my account but till now it has not been credited to the beneficiary's account. I called ICICI Bank customer service several times but without any success.
