Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — this mail fake or not.

Hi sir,
I got the mail directly from rbi on date 9/05/2019.

The management of reserve bank of india are contacting you reference to
Two million five hundred thousand united state american dollars
{$2.5/usd}deposited by our client mr james william to be remitted to
Your nominated account details. Hence you are required to reconfirm your
Bank details with a scan copy of your identification proof/complete
Address & mobile number for easy communication.
