Restaurant — illegal and unauthorized restaurant

Hi,

My complain regarding an illegal and unauthorized restaurant which is running in our residential area address: tughlakabad extension, new delhi 110019 which is creating a lot of noise pollution from which people are suffering from various health issues such as severe ear pain, asthma and unbearable noise and on a daily basis. So please i request you to take an immediate action against it.

Since tughlakabad extn new delhi-19 is a residential area please cover sealing process for every pollutant & noisy restaurants i. E chimney are fixed besides our house and inside there kitchen as well.

Humble request do something, else we would not be able to survive here. Sir we can't go the police or court as they were bribed by the owner as he is very rich and we belong to the middle class family, each day we are in pain, crying, suffering and our ear may get damage due to this noise. When we use to express the disturbance in front of owner, he use to hit us badly with his family members and with the help of all his laborer. He is assuming himself mafia don.

We are helpless.

Please look into this on urgent basis.

Note:-please do not reveal my identity. If anything bad happens to my family or me then restaurant owner and his each and every family and labourer is responsible.
