[Resolved]  Retailbunny.com — Non delivery of item, 3rd reminder - false assurance

I, Samunder Singh resident of 27-B Police Colony, Jind / office of the Superintendent of Police, Jind vide order reference No.KCXDSHVEH dated 25.03.2014 has purchased Micromax Canavas 4A 210( White). A sum of Rs.12, 501 on account cost of item plus Rs. 47 on account of Shipping and handling taxes total amount Rs.12548/- was made vide reference U[protected] on the same very day. It was assured to deliver the item. On 23.05.2014 I was assured to deliver the another item or refund the amount. Neither the purchased item has been delivered nor the amount has been refunded till date which shows that the company is indulged in malpractices and is committing fraud and cheating to its customers. Last opportunity is given to the company to fulfill its commitment and failing which I have no option to got register FIR against the company and its other signatories and also file complaint in the court/ forum.
