My login activation code is not working. Today I got my postal belonging. But entering activation code it seems to be wrong. Why I can't contact your costomer service section ?

I have received online training packages on 22/07/17 and amount also paid, but activation code is not activated.Further I sent mail and I have received reply to contact consumer contact no, but no response.Hence I request you kindly look into this matter immediately.
