I've been using trimax from past few months. I've had a good experience but from last 3 times my Reynolds blue trimax pen stops working after I've used half of it. Once the ink came out suddenly. I've always handled my pen with care so I'm sure it wasn't my fault. This kind experience is really disappointing. I might switch to other pens if it happens again.

After buying a pen of rs. 50 we as a customer expects a better quality experience. But it's not. It's not worth it. A rs 5 simple gel pen is seeming a far better option. Trimax pen refill leaks very much. I bought a new trimax recently two days ago. And now today morning it starts to leak. Oh! God what should i do with this rs 50 pen now. It's worthless. The ink ruined my notebook pages and my hands. Then, i replaced it with a rs 5 pen offering me a better response.
Why should i buy this weak trimax then with a major issue. It's very much concerning sir/ma'am. Totally heartbreaking. I'm as customer not amused at all. You are not looking in that issue at all. This is a persisting issue. This is not the first time i had such kind of experiences but this time i'm just fed up and posted complaint.
Please please please do something or i and many more like me will not buy your worthless useless pen.

My pen leaked due suddenly when i was completing my important work. The company has been making these leake pens and is not correcting the defect. I would like to have my money back so that i can buy a new pen.I have been a regular user of trimax but the pen always leaks now and is not corrected by the company. So i would love to have my money back.

From last 1 year, i am using trimax pens and it become one of my favourite pen, because of its good in quality.
From last 2 -3 months i found the quality is going to be decrease continuously.

Earlier black refill cost was 20 rupees but now it's cost is 25. Think price has increased but quality has decreased. One more suggestion is that please mark refill color on the wrapper so that it will be easy to identify.

I have been using this pen since it's first release and it used to be my most favourite pen. But now, the new refills seems to defective, they start leaking from the sides. At first i thought only this one is defective, but after using like 5 more refills, the leaking problem is still there. And because of this, all of my projects look dirty!! I mr avinash yadav bought a new pen of reynolds rorito and after few minutes of writing its started to leak. Though reynolds is a reputed company, i think the company should take this issue seriously & do the necessary changes. Let me tell you tht i m a teacher by profession & been using this pen frm long time. Now tht u have increase the rate from 20 to 50. But the quality has been deteroiated
Hope you take this issue to the directors of the pen & stop manufaturing of such pen

I have been a regular user of reynolds trimax pen since its first release many years ago. But lately the new refills are always leaking. I thought this is just some defective piece. But my repeated purchase has yielded the same result. I am now considering if i should discontinue using reynolds trimax. This is most likely if the design is not improved at the earliest.

Sir, from last 7 years i always use reynolds liquiflo ball pen. Because it is very suitable for me for good font & easy & dark writing. I complaint that last week i purchase 5 ball pen of reynolds liquiflo form stationry stor but it all are very bad quality of ink. Ball point is not work proper. Ink has no darkness. I have no satisfaction. I found that there is emboss 24/18 on riffle. This batch is very poor quality. There is barcode on ballpen is[protected]. Please check your this batch quality. First of all i thanks reynolds for giving quality pens with economically cost and
I am end customer using reynolds pen since 27years. Recently there were two leakages in racer gel which damaged cloths, time and cost. Please find root cause and rectify the problem. One of my findings is design of close end of cap instead of open cap. If refil leakages it should not pass to the cloths.
Note: customer is a customer whether he buy the product of 1rupee or 1lakh.
Sir\madam this is not complaint. This is a suggestion because here many o[censored]s struggle to buy both pen and cloth.

I am using reynolds pen from years ago and now i am an engineering student, i found a mistake in your brite model pen. The top of the pen is not fixing properly. Its surely a difficult for us. Its not problem of myown now i have forced to use other pens because of this issue.
Hope it will change in next models.

I would like to suggest a disastrous problem in your liquilflo pen. As i was writing i got 3 different colourshades on a single sheet of paper. Being a great fan of reynolds company i could not believe such a huge mistake being done by such a big company. I would like to get a replacement ifpossible. Complaint against reynolds trimax pen.

Recently i bought 5 trimax pens of blue color. When i opened the first pen i was shocked to see that such an expensive pen was not working at all. When i tried other pieces out of 5 only 2 were working. I didn't expected such a kind of thing from such a big company.
So please, refund my money or replace the pens as soon as possible.

We had registered a complaint regarding our geyser leakage on 25 october 2017. The engineer visited and advised tank change. Another complaint made on 5 th november 2017. I have been in touch with captain sudesh chaudhary, owner, c l traders, incharge of complaints of our area. On repeated requests, still no action taken.

Kindly take necessary action against cl traders and get our complaint solved at the earliest.

I am happy to submit that I am the customer of our institution. I am using this pen nearly 8 to 10 years and it is working well.

Recently, I purchased packet of pens and all the pens, except one or two, is not writing well. So, I want to bring the same to you to resolve this issue since I am the customer of our institution. So, please pursue the issue and I hope that you will more cautious before dispatch.

I have been using Reynolds since a long time now. But from the past few months, whenever I buy Reynolds Liquiflo, it stops working properly after 2-3 days o[censored]sage.

Reynolds has a goodwill in the market. I expected excellent quality even if this pen is for Rs10. This is very disappointing. Not only did I waste Rs20(bought this pen twice) but I wasted my time as well....

I bought 2 reynolds tecpoint gel pen a week back for my sister's final CA exams. The points of the pen broke while writing due to which both the pens stopped working while writing the paper. That caused a lot of problem to her during the exam. The pen had never fell or was damaged and yet it broke. I hope the problem is acknowledged and the quality of their products is improved as many people trust the brand.

Recently I brought 2 Reyolds Mera Gel 2 .The company claims that the ink used in the pen is waterproof.But first use I just tested the authenticity of the claim by sprinkling some water over a paper on which I had written using the pen.But sadly the ink spread all over the paper... I sincerely hope that this case would be taken into consideration as soon as possible.So that such of international companies would not make such false claim...
