Richfeel Trichology Centre — hair attachment ( wig ) | |||||
I had placed an order for Hair Attachment ( wig) for Self with Richfeel Trichology Center, Sion, Mumbai on 23/Dec/2017 and had made full payment for it same day. I was told the wig shall be ready by Feb end / March beginning. Not only my attachment ( wig ) was inordinately delayed, today on Thursday-as Technician to fix Wig only is available on Thursdays ) on reaching the Sion centre at 11 AM - appointment fixed 15 days back, we ( me and my MBBS Dr sister ) were made to wait till 11.45 without sharing exact reason for delay. We were treated as unwanted customers. No tea, coffee, , nor even water was offered to her. This is completely against the ethics of how to treat a customer. Finally when it became unbearable for us ( as my Dr sister also had other appointments), we left the Center without any treatment. I am thoroughly disappointed by non concerned shown by Richfeel staff towards us and want to know Richfeel would like to compensate. Honestly, I would like my order to be cancelled and money refunded to me as not only it is more than 4 months that my order has not been fulfilled. Was this information helpful? | |||||
