I had visited the clinic in February 2019 and then the so called doctor in RichFeel, Greater Noida Clinic suggested me to have the Hair Transplant (2 sittings) The amount should have been paid in advance hence I have deposited the amount (Rs 100000 for 2 sittings through my debit card), the details of the card and the receipt is attached. Now my surgery was planned for 16 and 17 March 2019 as per our agreement with the clinic and doctor. My first session was done on 16 March 2019 but then suddenly Doctor could not make it on 17 March 2019, he suggested me to have the second surgery after 6 months. I tried to reach the clinic, doctor but nobody was clearly responding. I asked them about my second surgery to which they asked me to get my some test. After checking the reports, they told me that they can't perform my surgery due to some issue with my report. Now, I am following up with them religiously, through mails, personal visit to different clinics, multiple calls to customer care but no one from RichFeel is in mood to return my money. Please help in getting my money back (Rs 50000) along with the interest as per the RBI guidelines (from 6 March 2019 till the judgement day). The necessary document are attached to this complaint.
