Ridaex Nuke 43 Inch 4K Android 7.1 Smart TV - Version 2 I have booked Ridaex Nuke 43 Inch 4K Android 7.1 Smart TV - Version 2 in month of January 2019, till now its not delivered .I am in contact with their customer care on whatsapp ([protected]) as well as on email ([protected]@gotmatter.com.[protected]@gotmatter.com, [protected]@gmail.com) but no delivery till today. I have purchased this smart tv for making gift for marriage, now facing lot of problem, mental agony due to non delivery. I have paid Rs.31999/ for Ridaex Nuke 43 Inch 4K Android 7.1 Smart TV - Version 2(order ID: GMO[protected]. Kindly help me to get my refund urgently. I am also suffering and from the last six month I am waiting for ridaex nuke 43 inch tv. Also they have no fear of judiciary system. If anyone posting negative reviews about this company they threat you to not dispatching your tv.

This is to inform you that after a good search on the Internet by reading review & talk with RIDAEX (12 The best LED TV in India 2019 (Smart /Non-Smart)) & its selling or support partner GotMatter (https://www.gotmatter.com/shop/) by verbally & mail vide 27th Feb 2019, I requested to buy the 55” Inch 4K DCI Android 7.1 Smart TV-Version 2 with Rs. 52, 999.00, whereas the deal got finalised to pay with Rs. 1000/- discount which is Rs. 52, 000/ at their current account GotMatter online services (OPC) Private Limited, Bank Name – Axis Bank, Branch Name: HSR Layout, Bangalore, Account no – [protected], IFS Code – UTIB0000785 paid on 1st March 2019.
Till today after several follow-ups by telephonic & mail (which is attached as per the proof) there is no response only with assurance I will get return my back my money very soon. There is no particular date mentioned neither any mail confirmation.
As per the above said I need your kind to intervene in this matter & give me justice at your earliest. I will be great full to you & your department forever in my life. It will save others too from being cheated from this fraud organisation.
