Sir, I applied for new pan card but (https://panind.com/india/) this company charges 499/- but other user only charge 100 /- it is a Fraud company they are running some kind forge business in the name of providing service. It was my biggest mistake making an application here. Helpline is not working neither do they response over email. Also they are charging 5 times the amount required in advance. i have call and email customer care but not responding and resolving my problem . I have wrongly the fill up the form and not having enough document to process for PAN card now. I have tried to call multiples times to given number but not reach and also sent an email for refund but no response and not received refund yet.
