Pan card of my wife, juri sarma was lost and i tried to apply for duplicate pan card through online. I found the website "rigaro eworks llp pan india" and i made a payment of rs. 499/- to the same website and the website also accepted the payment (Please refer the attached file). You have asked for registration time ₹100 payment for pan card application but you have charged us ₹499 which was not at all legit.

I would like to cancel my request and want my money back.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
I need to get refund and cancel the order. How can i contact them faster and let them know about it and i need refund amount 499.

I applied for new pan card but (https://panind.com/india/) this company charges 499/- but other user only charge 100 /-
it is a Fraud company they are running some kind forge business in the name of providing service. It was my biggest mistake making an application here. Helpline is not working neither do they response over email. Also they are charging 5 times the amount required in advance.

I have applied for the pan on there website then i got to know that this is not official government website i told them to return my money and they accepted to return my money in 2 -3 days now there have been 15 days and i didnt get my refund and the contact details provided by them is useless as they are not pinking up the phone or replying to the mail.
Very bad ethical behaviour of a company one can think of....
