Please not i would like to complaint about fraud company who just take your money and they don't deliver your goods. Even staff is very rude at their office.
I ordered for a Rakhi hamper to deliver at the USA payment is been made thru credit card online. but 2-3 days they have investigated and then told me that your order is not successful so contact your bank for refund.
when i contacted my bank for refund they e-mailed me that order is been process . i told them to stop my order as i already managed to get Rakhi deliver thru other vendor.
Despite of that they delivered the product and guess what ... biggest blunder they forget to deliver Rakhi in the parcel. Main occasion was Rakhi and that is not delivered . after contacting their executive on phone they were very rude and non cooperative.
Even they are not refunding my money back.
Please take this complaint on higher level .
