Hello, I joined for silver loyalty membership card on ringingbells.co.in . I payed the money through HDFC bank net banking, money debited from account I have receive a confirmation mail from ringing bells website. Upon contacting bank said that the payment is successful from bank's end and asked me to contact rining bells. I contacted ringing bells, but there was no satisfactory solution from them. Transaction details are as follows- Bank transaction Id:[protected] Transaction Narration: ZP53b6ec709db5b- ZAAK RINGING BELLS PVT L RB LOYALTY PROGRAM Silver RB LOYALTY NO. [protected] PRICE Rs. 500 ORDER ID 57c7f3beb13c5 DATE [protected] EXPIRY DATE [protected] Grand Total: Rs. 500 I paid that on 1st September 2016. It is nearly three weeks, but the money was not refunded to my account nor membership cared delivered or no product delivered. Please look into the matter and give my money back or product to be deliver . when write on [protected]@ringingbells.co.in a lady named Priya called me from[protected] and confirmed that you product will be delivered & membership card also couriered to me. After few days on 17 Sep'16 (AWB no[protected] a received a mgs from dotzot (WWW.DOTZOT.IN) stating that my parcel will be deliver on 17 Sep'16 but late evening i track the status its says "Undelivered due to - @ORC - CUSTOMER REJECTED -CANCELLED BY CUSTOMER" Was this information helpful? | |||||
