[Resolved] Ringing Bells — Delivery/order details required of smart 101 mobile phone

I have paid online Rs. 2999/- for SMART 101 mobile and now i am trying to contact on company number[protected] its coming continuously busy. even on given mobile on company website also i am not able to connect/talked to anybody on[protected] /[protected].
i have got only one message from the company via email that payment is successful but not get any courier details/order confirmation mail. please provide me courier details/order details so that i can track my courier/order.
or is there any other way to collect mobile phone from company directly as you company is nearby my office.
