I made a payment of rs.550 rupees to ringing bells but still didn't receive my freedom 251. They only given a loyalty card. I am supposed to receive smartphone (Freedom251) by 31st december 2016 but still i didn't received it. I tried contacting the costumer care department but none off there phone numbers are working (Toll free number is discontinued). Their website is also not working. And also the e-mails i sent to "[protected]@ringingbells.co.in" are bouncing back. I want my money to be refunded or my phone. I am also attaching the screenshot of the email confirmation of the order that i made on ringing bells website and the letter i got along with my loyalty card. this same problem me. so I complaint to national consumer complaint and http://www.pmindia.gov.in/en/interact-with-honble-pm/ . this website for Indian government . so you can complaint this two way. so you can received any solution
