Ringing Bells — Payment debited but loyalty not confirmed | |||||
Hello, I joined for silver loyalty membership card on ringingbells.co.in . I payed the money through ICICI bank netbanking, money debited from account but page failed to load. So I didint receive any confirmation from ringingbells' website. Upon contacting bank said that the payment is successful from bank's end and asked me to contact riningbells. I contacted ringingbells, but there was no satisfactory solution from them. Transacation details are as follows- Merchant reference number is [protected] transaction reference is ZP53b6c8d8512c2 I am attaching the sceen shot of the page. On that same day I joined another silver loyalty membership card from the same email id and paid successfully. When I told them about the failed transaction they are pointing towards the successful transaction made for the second time on the same day which was few minutes after the first one. So the situation is that I paid twice:--first time failed, second time successful. I am complaining about the first time failed transaction. I paid that on 1st September 2016.
