Dear Sir,
i had booked a samrt 101 mobile 101 ond dtd.08.02.16 and got order confirmation on dtd. 11.02.16 order no.RB[protected] but after 15 days i have not received the phone, and i contacted to customer care on dtd.19.02.16 to ask about its delivered, i got reply that we started delivery since 18-24 feb, but yet i have not get my courier docket no.

Sir, i think the company want to disappear/hide the booking and money collect of "SMART 101 MOBILE" after lunching FREEDOM 251, I request to all my friends who had booked this mobile and paid on line please put a consumer complaint. if this hand not delivered on or before 25th feb 2016.

it is clear that every body discuss about "FREEDOM 251" nobody saying about THE FIRST LUNCH MOBILE "SMART 101" which was company's first lunch mobile.
