Bt i still have not got my phone as they have promised to ship it in december.

Updated by Shoeb Mirza I have paid 550 rupees to ringing bells for the silver loyalty programme in which i am suppose to get the smartphone (freedom 251) by 31st December 2016 but still i didn't received it.

I tried contacting the costumer care department but none off there phone nos. are working. There website is also not working.

I want my money to be refunded.
