[Resolved] Rinivas — Act Broadband Transfer of connection - worst service | |||
I had applied for transfer of ACT broadband connection from Hyderabad, Miyapur to Miyapur X Road on Nov 4th. The customer service person said i will get a call within in 48 hours after checking if the connectivity is available in my location. But I didn't receive any call and when i called them back, they said we will update the Issue and i didn't receive a call from Technical person. But even this time I didn't get any call. I called the customer care lot of times for this transfer and i'm really disappointed with their service. My ticket id -[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi ACT Fibernet,
Today I got call from your technical person he said I reached to your given address and I checked the availability of connection we don't have the connection box in your building but in backside building have connection box.
But they are not accepting to arrange from there to your building connection.
ACT Fiber team said these type of silly reasons. that is not my problem that is ACT team problem
It's very ridicules and worst reason
Wast network and worst reasons.

But still my Issue was not resolved.
I didn't see this type of wast Network and worst response.
Customer support is very very very very bad...
