Rinivas — Refund

My money was deducted when i was paying through paynimo, techprocess payement gateway for my kapil chits through vijya bank netbanking on 11 may, 2017.
I didn't generate the reciept which means they didn't receive the money but my money was deducted. Please refund my money back as the amount was huge or proceed the transaction and make it successful.
