Rise Of Tours — fake part time job

I got the details from naukri.com for part time jobs. I applied and the person named mr. Vishnu contacted me and shared me the work details. He offered me 3 tour packages for amount 3800/-, 2600/- & 1400/- and based on it your weekly earning slab will be applicable and also tour package benefits of same amount can be availed by applicant in 1 year of joining i. E whatever you pay can be availed as service from company.
He said you have to first subscribe the package and then you will be eligible to join company and after payment we will provide id, password and screenshots for data.
Next day he again contacted me and offered me discount of 50% on all packages and this time due to my weak economic condition and high aspiration to earn money i got duped and paid him 2050/- via paytm. Before payment i asked him that paytm account is not in name of company but under the name deepali sethi but no answer and then i any how paid to start work. I have asked too many questions before payment but never received clear answers but my economic crisis made me to enter in his trap.
On payment he shared me 2 image files and 3 word files with same content to dupe others. On further asking he said keep posting the same content on all other websites as much as you can and if any inquiry or lead will get generated than i will share you commission. This information was never explained by him nor this work process was told.
I again asked him several questions but no clear communication was made. He keep on focusing to post ad on website and i posted one ad on quikr and straight away realised that he is fraud and i am cheated. Now i am asking him to return money and also scared him that i will report to cyber crime but he has firm opinion that no one can do anything to him.
See if anything needful can be done to help me and get my money realised. I have scared them by saying i will lodge complain in cyber cell and based on it they have refunded me 1200/- still 850/- pending.

Also i again checked naukri.com and found new ad under same company with same part time jobs category but name of vishnu is different this time.in different ad his name is shiv / sahil/ and many other but phone no. Is same i. E (+91-[protected]). I have also reported to naukri.com for this fake job classified.

Please help and initiate stringest action against the company.
