Rivera Manpower Consultancy — Keeping a candidate for hold for long time and misbehaving

This consultancy named as Rivera Manpower Services who show that they give placement for all branded companies has detained me for approx 4-5 hrs when they knew i will get rejected just for the reason that i have done my graduation from Punjab Technical University. i went to this consultancy for an interview for Amazon.com. The recruiter called Paddy took my general interview & told me that because of the university i graduated from, they cannot process me for further rounds. This guy was not at all interested to listen to me but was saying his words. I gave the 1st round with company hr where i got selected. then they told me to wait for aptitude round where seeing PTU in my cv they told me "sorry i cannot process you further". when i went for clarification both the consultancy hr & that person paddy were misbehaving saying we are not supposed to listen to u & i already told you they will not consider for PTU. I ask all of the people who are going for job interviews in consultancies that "ARE WE BEGGING FOR JOBS BECAUSE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT AT ALL TOLERABLE FOR ANYONE". I have visited here quite no of times & i got disappointed by this kind of professionalism. I request to consider this complaint seriously as this is a threat to our career & humanity.
