Dear sir, I j devender kumar booked a vehicle in saboo rks khusiguda branch hyderabad state telegana, On 22 november (Cash menu receipt no s, no0577) amount 5100 (2% extra charge for credit card), after vehicle checking i have satisfied with executive vamshi goud and co assistant narsimha), As per norms i have paid balance amount on 28th november (3lakhs through rtgs hdfc account cash receipt number 0601) and another payment paid 51000 (2% extra charge for credit card). As per norms they have handed over original rc, and original insurance copies (Previous owner dr rama sarala devi),, I have very much satisfied with true valu employess, and also i have deposited 5000 rs rc transfer on my name, Every thing is fine and going on I met with accidently on early morning 4am on 3rd december 2019, where my front tyre is blasted after crossing big speed (New constructed) breaker near nagaram village, and my vehicle got damaged front part, I have request for true-value executive to contact previous owner where vehicle is insured on his name, but he is unable to contact him and also we are unable to track is address and phone number to query the issue, And finally i have given repair in rks sabboo for repair My query is i have purchased vehicle from rks saboo motors where vehicle is insured up to july 2020 (Policy number[protected]) with in 5 days i meet with an accident due to tyre bad condition, and previous owner we are unable to track, So my humble request please look into this matter where trust on maruti suzuki (Customer for life), i have not lost my life and not injured, at all, So once again requesting kindly give some solution to query From J devender kumar [protected] I have sended mail to maruti rks motors and reply came as Dear sir, Thank you for contacting maruti suzuki customer care. They have to take care until rc transfer and insurance transfer.
