My machine not working

i have purchased Paper Plate from Rlumen Exim Pvt Ltd but my machine not working good he is charge so many for that machin quality not good already comapny change the address at first company at janakpuri distic center but now he not there[protected]k ki machin ye 2.5 laks me dete hai bahut chor company hai ye dont take
