Rns Motors — deficiency of service poor quality of work
On 1/9/2020, i gave my car for service at rns motors, yeshwanthpur, bangalore. I was attended by a service engineer by name mr. Mahesh yb having his job card no. Jc20013814. I had clearly mentioned about the defects and issues i was facing while driving the car.
1) annual service check
2) silencer issue
3) rattling noise
4) remote batteries
These were the major things i had mentioned to mr. Mahesh. Yb.
Further to that i was informed that there were also other problems with respect to the wheel balancing, lights, wipers, etc. Mr. Mahesh was informing me about all these defects and was raising the bill accordingly. I had clearly mentioned about the 3 major things which has to be rectified and i had no other issues. Earlier i was informed that the service would be done by evening and i could come and collect it. But, i got my only on 3/09/2020. I was being told that there were some minor problems and the technical team was working on it. I believed it. On 3rd september, 2020 service delivered my car and i paid the bill amount of rs. 14, 085/- via bank transfer. Took back my car from the service station and directly went home.
"on 5th september, 2020 i tried to open my car from my remote, it was not working, then i tried manually, the burglar alarm stated blowing. After 3-4 mins the alarm stopped and i started the engine, opened the window by using a power window button before setting up to an level the motor of the power window stopped working. This issue was not there when i had given it for service and the rattling noise is not resolved i am still able to hear it. This is true cut of deficiency of service.
I am highly disappointed with the service management. I have been giving my car for service since the time i have bought it and every year and i been your loyal customer. It is very sad to point out the defects and lack of efficiency the company is holding it today.
I have been reaching out the service center and they have been playing around by transferring the call within their circle.
This action has to be taken serious and i request the company should rectify/ resolve the issue at the earliest and all type of compensation should be awarded.
