Hi Team,
I have a purchased a new car on 29th March. I was supposed to receive the basic accessories like car cover, idol and perfume for which they have taken additional amount. On the delivery date the executive said currently they do not have stock and promised me saying it will be delivered in next 2 days and gave it by writing.
But still i have not received the basic accessories.
Not a good service. You people are cheating and keeping the basic accessories and selling it by yourself.

    RNS Motors Hebbal.
    Given for General Service but same was NOT done at all. Top up of Engine Oil, Coolant, Brake oil etc. were not done. Issues mentioned while giving for general service like Interior dashboard noise was not rectified, Horn issue, AC cooling issues were not resolved. It was informed to me that Wheel Balancing will be done and not mentioned about charges however wheel alignment also done and charged for both. Body wash, interior cleaning/ vacuuming was not clean. Interior dashboard or fibre parts polish were not done.

    Stone Guard Coating was done and charged Rs. 800 without even discussing or informing customer.

    Invoice charged overall 6K (excluding general service charges) whereas customer form estimated 4.5k including general service.

    Overall WORST vehicle and customer service. It looked like they were intended to fleece customers.

      I have left my car @ Bijapur Karnataka RNS motors for replacement of Quarter panel and the same request has been rised on 18th February. Till today the car is in same condition and the staff is very reluctant to answer any of my request. As u know the customer satisfaction rate is 35%, I know u don't want to reduce it further. If my vehicle is not delivered by 9th March then I will not encourage anyone to buy your car in my entire life. Now it's upto you to resolve the issue.

          Dated[protected] we have booked maruti Suzuki dezire petrol/cng on 31 my bank amount has been debited against the delivery of car
          Your executive was committed to provide the Vehicle on January first week but not yet Delivered.
          There is no good response as well being availability of vehicle delaying purposely saying no availability of vehicle has deeply saddened.
          Other than RNS showroom we have option as availability of vehicle
          So please kindly make sure of buying in other showroom or else refund my money

            Dear sir,
            I had purchased a vehicle from you, temporarily registered Friday[protected]. I purchased my vehicle for to use hospitalisation my house hold people's. Before purchasing your salesman/girl/manager know it very well. Also I urged to give my vehicle after permanent registration, but staff convinced me to get registered later.
            I also tried on phone since from 15 days. But staff says E-payment not able to do, we will call you soon. After my personal visit to your office staff says, that your last date is on 11th December 2020 will call you within time. Also I tried from since 2 days so many times on phone call, some time not picked phone call, finally today I again requested to your staff, reply is again will call you within Half hour. After never called me or not my Phone call recieved.
            Your some clerical staff are simply pass their time. Whatever loosing the company will loose good name due to irresponsibility staff.
            I Will not pay penalties on road police or RTO late fees. Also I am not able to drive without permanent registration because of insurance risks. Now can you made any arrangements for my hospitality visiting? Please make arrangements to get my vehicle permanent registration.
            Also your Accessories sales girl was not fulfilled the commitments.

              Sir i have taken 1214 vehicle in RNS motors Kalaburagi In Karnataka state on Feb 10th, after that I have visited many times in for small work on that time no response for small work even in RNS work manager also I informed but no use he is also not respond but they are telling parts are not available and another one major issue 3 months before my vehicle got accident on that time ordered new cabin in 25 days cabin came from chenni to Kalaburagi show room, after that little bit load body work wil be taken 45 days time if that work hardly taken maximum 10 to 12 days work but it's taken maximum time, and today also vehicle in show room for 40000 km servicing but today also same reason no parts available parts will Came after 8 to 10 days then no one response even manager also how can we do sir from 10months in 3 to 4 month's my vehicle in show room how can we tolerate sir I have never seen in worst servicing and management I am kindly requesting to you please solve my issue

                Hi Team,

                We have purchased a pre-owned Maruti Suzuki Ritz car (KA02MK3393)a month back from RNS motors Goregontepalya.
                From the time we purchased this car, we are facing the issue of "Engine Hesitation during Acceleration or low power during Accelerate the vehicle" and we have raised this issue with RNS several times however they claim there is no issue in the vehicle which is not true.

                We get the constant engine check light in dashboard and we see issue in vehicle performance.

                In this one month, thrice we have taken the vehicle to the service center to resolve this issue, but we are not at all satisfied with their service and explanation provided. Please take is complaint on a serious note and kindly resolve the issue.

                    Sir,
                    As per your rns motors bijapur service center call and message from last 5 days, they called me to asseble new number plate to my new car. Today i phone to ur service centre and confirm the name plate is ready to joint. They said yes. After that i leave muddebihal town which is nearly 90 km from bijapur. After visiting to your rns motors bijapur, i visited mrs. Sujatha quality service manager, she said that my car number plate is not ready. It is returned with some faults. So i will come next week. I asked her i already phone you morning and your company send me a message to come for number plate asseble. She talked me that she has more work, dont time to talk with me rubbish. I said her i am also a employee, as per your calls and messages, before coming here i phoe to ur service centre, i applied leave and traveling a 100 km long distance, i wasted my valuvable time, fuel, money and suffered from ur worst quality service given by your rns motors representatives which is very painful to me. I already get bad experiance with your service centre many times here. I am sorry to say that rns motors bijapur giving a worst service with bad bitter experinces. I deside to never visit such shop again.

                      deficiency of service poor quality of work

                      On 1/9/2020, i gave my car for service at rns motors, yeshwanthpur, bangalore. I was attended by a service engineer by name mr. Mahesh yb having his job card no. Jc20013814. I had clearly mentioned about the defects and issues i was facing while driving the car.
                      Issues were:
                      1) annual service check
                      2) silencer issue
                      3) rattling noise
                      4) remote batteries

Now it's time get first service and unfortunately i have strucked up in my native place davanagere. For the first service and number plate fitment rns people forcing me to come to bangalore for the first service and number plate fitment. Does it not possible to get it done in davanagere???

                          Rns unkal handled by mr. Jagirdhar ka25 mc3825 we don't have any other work insted of coming to rns... What type of service you people are providing and what type of management you people are doing and what type of service labour's u people are having we have lost 1500/- petrol for the same prob again and again we need door service this time with free of cost
                          And we had a good opinion with rns but we have lost it now

                            Madam,
                            In spite of 5 days after being requested for the Number Plate, except assurances I didn't get any positive action from your side.
                            This is the worst experience and one main lesson learnt from this that, never ever buy anything from BIG/WIDELY SPREAD showrooms because, they will be having lots of orders, in that a single person's bad experience doesn't matter to them.
                            I made a wrong decision buying vehicle in RNS, I would have preferred THE BEST REVENKAR MOTORS I would be happily driving my car.

                              I myself am a very long term customer of your prestigious car company maruti suzuki and to be more particular rns motors, hubli, we have purchased 5 vehicles till today from your motors.
                              Recently, i purchased vitara brezza, zxi+ (Customer name: mallappa byalihal) and being the first customer to launch vehicle in hubli on march 23rd 2020 and got my first service done on time and on may 16th 2020 i got my vehicle passing...

                              Given car service for side door repair on 05/01/2020. They took almost a month to repair and give me. Finally they called me to deliver my car on 24/01/2020. While delivering the car, they told me, to replace battery and as per maintance point of view(as My car also 4 years old), I told them to replace battery as well.

                              Over all charges they billed was : 45147 (in words: forty five thousand one hundredan forty seven rupees).

                              I was driving my car on regular basis. even on covid 19 period time, I was keep running my car for 30mins for every 3 to 4 days(Maintance purpose).

                              On 4th I had been to Shivaji Nagar to drop my father in law and came back home(Arakere, BTS layout). Went in side house and Suddenly i remember my wallet which was kept inside the car, then later I was trying to unlock my car. Then my car was not responding. Then I manually unlocked and even I tried to start my car, the car whole setup was not booting. Then I remember, due to battery there is problem. Due to covid19 crisis, I didn't call for service.

                              On 12 May I called RNS motors service and explained what was happened. I also suggest to come with Battery jumpers and Battery. They came after 3 hours span of time. They came and connected jumper from their car to my car and car is started. They asked me to pay 650 rupees. Then I showen my battery warrenty card, but they din't accept and argument started. Finally they called his manager and they give me phone to talk with their manager. I was trying to explain all the things happen as I replaced battery 3 months back itself and I paid 45, 147 rupees. Manager is saying we are here to make money and not to give you better service. I felt bad as I made all the service with them and I paid almost one lakh within this following year.I asked to get replace the battery and I will pay it. Even for that also they refused.

                              These people are only money mind people and they don't bother about
                              customer what is saying.
                              kindly revert and do the needfull.

                                I purchased my first car (Maruti swift - zxi) from the rns motors ltd, arekere main road, bangalore in the month of september, 2019 but till date i have not received the rc card. Every time i call, i get response from the team to wait one more week, which is now ridiculous considering the number of times i am chasing up.

                                Some series of conversation with you which i want to highlight:

                                1) 1st inquiry from my end was in the month of november, after waiting for 45 days from the date of purchase.
                                Response - sir, there's some delay at rto end regarding my car number series. Wait for a month, you will receive the card at your door step.

                                2) 2nd inquiry - december'19 end followed by same reponse

                                3) 3rd inquiry - jan'20. Response - card has been dispatched from rto end through speed post, you will get it within a week.

                                4) 4th inquiry - jan'20 end. Response - post office didn't receive my rc card from rto. Don't know where exactly it is there. We will check and update.

                                5) 5th inquiry - feb'20. Response - rto didn't receive the high security number plate bar code number. Hence rc card not generated yet.

                                6) 6th inquiry - feb'20. Response - we are following up. Wait for one more week.

                                So on and on for the next dozens of inquiries.
                                Finally now they have stopped taking up calls as well.

                                Its march now and i am running my car without the rc card because of it's unavailability. I cannot take my car for any of my planned trips or vacations just because of this issue.

                                Please help me sort out the issue.

For that enquiry i have called to bijapur rns and they have given parts order person number and i had called him to know the status of order but he replied that there is no order on your vehicle. But have already paid advance amount and service person is not attending the problem carefully. Please kindly help me.

                                    My baleno's door handle had a problem and i had informed them to change the handle and in prior said them to be carefull while using the handle but after the service it is not operating driver side door is not opening now.
                                    i want my door handle to be repaired by the company .
                                    the showroom cant even keep a door handle in their spare what a insult this is to the company.
