Dear sir,

This refers to the above invoice and job card which i had with rns motors. Would like to say at this juncture how a ordinary customer is being taken for a ride & penalized for none of his fault. I took back the vehicle after service on 7th oct 2016. But after riding a few distance on the same day. I noticed so many discrepancies. I was really upset & dismayed is this how a reputed dealer behaves with a customer. I could not come back as the roads were completely cramped with traffic jam on the dussera festivity.

1. Rns has charged 90/= for pollution check and certificate issue at the time of service. Though i requested more than twice the certificate was never issued to me at the time of delivery of the vehicle. Feel miserable even after paying this amount why was it not issued to me when the service was complete.

2. Screen wash i have never requested for this material why has it been charged to the bill 52/=. The screen wash liquid was found in the glove compartment. I certainly did not order for the same nor requested for it they why was this material dumped on me.

3. Defroster nozzle of 400/= can u let me know what was the problem with the noozle when the same was working fine?? I had not faced any earlier problems with this

4. Cabin air filter – rns has charged 305/= and the same is not fitted into my vehicle nor the same has been changed during service it was just found in the glove compartment.

5. At the time of handing over the vehicle the musical system or deck was working fine & after i took back the delivery the musical system is not working. As a proof there is a music cd inside the musical system at the time of hand over.

6. Rns claims the vehicle has been completely cleaned. But i was surprised to find under the seats 2 scrap clothes covered with oil and a wiping sponge. Let me know in case they need to be returned back to rns motors.

I humbly request all these to be cleared out by rns within the next few days.in case i do not receive a suitable response from your end. I might have to turn over this issue to media legally
