I had given my Ertiga VXI - KA-04-MM-976 for changing the rear bumper due to a minor accident. I claimed insurance from SBI General and the Bumper was replaced. But the biggest surprise when I took delivery was the colour of the Bumper and body colour was a total mismatch. The Bumper was almost 3 shades lighter than the Body. I really doubt how the concerned personnel could paint such a lighter colour. Dont they have any checking and inspection after the vehicle is made ready. This is really ridiculous. Since there was some other servicing also to be done I have paid only 50% of the amount. The balance will be paid by me after the correct colour is matched and painted. On the computer generated bill an amount of Rs.1800.00 is written manually with no details of this amount.
RNS Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My car is new but i didnt expect it shows this kind of result in 4 days only .
The rain water is inserting the car
Its an new car but the water is comeing in the diki and problem is worst feeting of back glass beeding so water is comeing in side the car

      Worst ever service...! I had given my Swift car for service on 13th September'15, after 6 hours when the car came out of service it looked exactly the same as it was before. the window panes were not cleaned, the front glass was not wiped, the mud trace on the sides of the door was not even touched...!! When enquired i got a rudest reply saying that they know what they are doing and have done everything possible. The bill came close to 7K..! I was aghast and angry but had to leave for a road journey, as it was already late.
      RNS Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Rns Motors, Hebbal, Bengqluru — BOTH THE KEYS NOT WORKING

        I have a Maruthi wagon-R vxi. From the last 6 months i am having problem with the front Fog lamp, and i have said the same every time i gone to the Show room.
        when i visit the show room last time[protected], the Service adviser (Praveen Kumar) said, the fog lamp bulb has gone, it costs 578/- and advised to change.., When the mechanic checked it, fog lamp bulb was in good condition, he fixed the problem temporarily, the fog lamp again started giving troubles.
        I went to the show room again with the same problem, without even checking the Lamp, he said replace the Circuit and then replace both the bulbs.

        The Adviser in the Service Station is not diagnosing the Problems properly and asking to replace the spare parts as his wish.

        Rns Maruthi Motors Yeshwanthpur — Worst customer Service

        I gave my car for repair with insurance claim and they did service without my consent and charged me and forced me to pay 7500 Rs. This is really unprofessional. Without the consent of customer how can they do any service.

          bad component replace and worst service

          I think RNS people dont bother to reply to customer issues and compliants and show themselves as big service dealers for maruti vehicles its realy ridiculous when a customer 3 times for same problem its not solved after spending thousands of rupees if this mail is not replied i will take the issue to higher management and will never turn back to rns motors.

          RNS is providing very bad service now a days. I experienced it when my Alto was serviced in RNS. My car met with an accident and both the side body was damaged. I gave it to RNS showroom in Gorguntepalya and the repair done by them was very worst. Couple of things
          * They said they will deliver in 8 days but it took 30 days for them to deliver
          * Seems like mechanics in RNS they dont know how to open/remove car interiors. They have made lot of scratches and damage to interiors
          * While welding the body they have burnt the floor mat and electric wiring...i spent 15000 in correcting them
          * After the repair though i have spent some 60000 on RNS bill one of the Door is not locking properly

          I was in a impression that RNS will provide great service but this was worst service given by them. If i have given car to repair in my home town (Chickmagalore) they could have done it much better. Car mechanics in my home town and other garage peoples cannot believe car was repaired at RNS. Never go for RNS...better go for Mandovi.

            hi,

            i have very big problem with RNS motors.they didnt deliver the car on time,even i had a problem with finance.

            i paid 2laks to them, even i gave DO for them . but they have not delivered on time,
            i had a very bad experience in first service, they didnt do proper service, didnt even vacumed insde my car. from that day i have stopped going there for service,
            now i am not able to take my RC book, when i call yeshwant pur branch they said i have to go RTO and collect it,when i visited RTO they said they given it to some in bommanahalli RNS motors, i asked him he said he will give from 3 days i am wasting my time and my friend time also but still not able to collect that.
            its a one big head ache show room.

              This is about the misbehaviour of one Sales Man (Basavaraj Chavan) of RNS Motors, Hubli.
              I went along with my husband to RNS Motors in the month of August to book the newly released Alto K10 vehicle. The Sales Person (Basavaraj Chavan) somehow tempted us to book Alto (old) car and we booked that vehicle. Later after coming to home we realise that we should have booked Alto K10 and we corrected our mistake by sending a letter to change the vehicle.

              When we called up the said sales person about this, he insisted us to come to showroom and change it. After sending the letter also we went to showroom (showroom was about 25 kms away from our house) just to inform him about the change.

              After booking he informed us that the vehicle will arrive in 4 weeks and he will inform us before one week to take the D.D. But after 4 weeks also he did not turn up. So one day I only called him to check the status. He informed that vehicle is in transit. As Dasara festival is coming, I thought of taking delivery of the vehicle on Dasara and informed the same to him. But he replied so rudely and told us to make full payment on that day itself, otherwise he will give the vehicle to somebody else. Next day was bank holiday and he didn't even think how it is possible for us to make the payment. Firstly he did not bother to call us and inform us and when we only called up to ask the status, he insisted to make full payment immediately. Anyhow we managed to go to showroom again and give some Rs.50,000/- next day.

              After this, he assured us that if we give the D.D one week before taking delivery, he will arrange for all T.P and permanent passing and give us the vehicle with registration No. Accordingly, we have arranged for D.D one week before and called him to take the D.D along with all documents. But he refused to come. Again we only went to showroom along with D.D and documents for registration. As Bank Manager's signature was not there on Form No.20, we requested him to check all the documents except the form No.20. But he didn't even touch the documents and asked us to give all the documents together. Next day we have taken all the signatures and sent the documents by post. When we called up again to ask whether the documents are reached or not, he informed that he will need the original address proof and asked us to come to showroom once again with original address proof. When we requested him to collect the document he refused to come and also told us that we only should come otherwise after taking vehicle, we only bring the vehicle within one month for registration. When we told us our difficulty in coming to showroom again and again he rudely replied and told us to cancel the booking and purchase the vehicle some where else, because he is not getting anything out of this sale and he will not cooperate with us. This kind of behaviour of a sales person hurted us.

              As this is our first car, we were very happy in purchasing this and this kind of harrassment by a sales person made us very unhappy. In one month, we went around 7-8 time to showroom which is about 25 kms away from our house. We both are employees and my husband is going to Belgaum (70 kms away from our house) daily. In this circumstance, the behaviour of this sales person caused us mental torture.

              Can I get any remedy?

                Hi

                I am Satyamurthy,Based at Hubli had problem with my newly purchansed CAR Model SWIFT - VDI . Veihicle Number : KA25 P2035 on 6th July2010 at 12.30Pm. Seems to be starter problem, hence called break down service [protected]. They were prompt in attending to my call and have come at 3.00PM and checked for said problem.
                Since they could not repair the same at site ,they took the vehicle to RNS and informed me that they have given the vehicle for service.


                regret to inform you that, till 5.30 PM on 6th July , there is no information to me on the developements, i have to call RNS repetedly to knoe the status of my vehicle.

                Now form lst two days, I am calling RNS and your Mechanic Mr. Girish repetedly, there is no proper revert on the problem.

                Today morning, I have called once again Mr.Girish for the status, He is still not clear on the problem and after the repeated call he told me that, they have sent the battery for testing and it will take 3 more days to know the actual status!

                This vechicle was purchased on 31/1/2009 and hardly used for 12000km.
                Last free servce was done on 25/1/2010 and there was no single time breakdown in last 15 months of purchase....!

                I am upeset with is issue and try to reach Mrs.Archana, ,Chief General Manger but I got the reply from receiption that she is not available today at office , Requested to transfer this call to works manager, He is also not available on phone.

                Is this the service standrads of Maruthi or RNS ??

                I am really worried !! and Upset !!

                  I have booked for Alto Std car on [protected] with cash advance of Rs. 10000.00 while discussion the executive said before[protected] vehicle will be delivered, but in the booking form delivery date noted as[protected]. My car loan from HDFC Bank for Rs.191,094.00 amount has been delivered to RNS Motors on[protected]. Till now they did not raised the invoice & telling me may be by the end of February vehicle may reach.

                  Kindly can any one suggest to file a complaint & penalty for delay, if the delaer did not deliver the vechile before the committed date.

                    Since from 2003 i used to leave my car for service in RNS motors. But, from past two consecutive services at the gap of every three months I experienced a very bad service and behaviour of RNS motor personnels. I am totally upset about the quality of service and i was cheated by them charging exorbent amont for the worthless service.
                    I am wondering how companies change their colours after getting some ISO level certifications. Once they get popularity they just don't care about the consumers and the principles they followed earlier. It is true that as the money come, their honesty vanishes.
                    I went to RNS motors, yeshwanthpur, Bangalore in july for general service. they said this is gone that is gone and gave estimation of 10K to my car. I finally asked so, many questions and took verbal gurantee from them that if i report any problem in next 6 months they are liable. after the service done, bill came to 9.5 K.
                    Just after 2 months my car developed the same problem which was reported earlier and i went back to RNS. they told some junk reason and again asked for 7K for repair...i was totally upset.
                    MY concern was if at all the problem was known to them earlier, why they didn't suggest me to rectify the problem. These ae the gimic they follow to get repeated orders and services changes from customer.

                    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never go to RNS motors...they don't have eithics. they cheat customers with excess service charges and they have lost good staffs and turned money oriented institute...

                    Hi Guys, I too had a very very very bad experience with RNS motors Hosur Road. They had stolen my engine and as far as i know there is no technical guys in that work shop. They told some story for the engine damage and told that we will claim insurance and will reimburse..after all the insurance claim is not received and i had to pay around 60k for engine repair. I request never approach RNS Motors to buy any Maruthi vehicles..In this regard, I have given complaint to Maruthi Customer care also but they are also not done any favour to me and still i am fighting with them to get it resolved. Its a brand new swift vxi which i bought it in 2010 December and i don't know how the engine will be damaged..Here i will be giving completed details of my experience..My car swift vxi had fell down in the left hand side when i was driving in village limits. The road is a single road where left and right side of the roads are having deep ups and downs. After my car got fell down, both the doors got damaged and i took my vehicle to the show room work shop. they had repaired it and delivered after putting unnecessary things in the bill and the bill amount was too cost. they took nearly 2 months to deliver my vehicle for such a plastic replace parts.. I took the delivery and drove more than 1000 kms. For check up i called the driver of RNS Motors and i had given him for checkup..after sometime the driver called me and told that the vehicle has stopped in the middle of the Road and i approached show room people to know what exactly happend, they told that inside the engine one small part is broken down into pieces and it needs to be replaced. My Question, while repairing the vehicle they didn't found any problem in the engine and after travelling 1000km how come the engine will get the problem. As per my understanding, they cheated me very badly and they had stolen the engine for making money. they collected 59k from my pocket and they kept my vehicle for 3 months in the show room. This is my first car in my life and without spending much in my car i had faced these many problems with those . There is one called Chandrasekar(Manager) who has resigned recently is a number one Fraud and he doesn't know how to speak English and how to handle customer complaints..One more , , Rascal is Suresh Naidu, He is very much talented to tell stories to the customers and i think this guy has trained well in cheating people and not doing any favour to the customers. One day i will definitely want to kill that person and that much he has irritated me. Jagadeesh, he is the responsible for Insurance claims and he doesn't know the process of doing such things and simply bluffing people like anything that tomorrow, day after, like this...
                    Finally My request is not to buy any vehicle from RNS Motors Ltd, which is a cheating company. Maruthi Company should withdraw the dealership from such an otherwise Maruthi company will get bad name due to this and they have to take appropriate action to enable customers with all the problems which we are facing now. Please suggest me how to get it resolved and i am thinking to file a case against RNS motors in consumer court..Guys all suggestions are aprreciable...Help me Please how to get rid of these...I lost nearly 1.2 lakhs in one year that too buying a new car..Shame...

                    RNS Motors Hubballi is providing very bad service. I have purchased Swift VXI car on 21.03.2015. I have experienced a very bad service and behaviour of RNS motor personnel’s particularly sales person, Mahesh Angadi. He don’t know anything about vehicle rate and other particulars. In the beginning when I asked the rate of Swift VXI, he said Rs 6.38 lakhs i.e the rate of swift widsung. Then later he after enquiring in the sales dept he said Rs 6.51 lakhs. I booked for car somewhere in 1 st week of February 2015.Then also he never called me even single time to inform the status. He was not receiving my call. At the time of delivery he was not present and also nobody cared, no body explained the details of the vehicle. Then after temporary registration no body informed me the procedure for permanent registration. They don’t have even time to call and inform the status of registration papers. I my self-used to call every time and getting the information. Yesterday at about 2.30 PM I went to RNS Office, they give me Form 20 and asked me to sign the papers.
                    Yesterday evening at I received a phone call from [protected] and she asked me to go to RTO Office today at 12.00 PM for vehicle passing and I went there at 12.00 PM., then at about 12.45 PM Sri Javali, agent of RNS Motors is telling that he has not received the papers. I came back and waiting for the information from RNS Motors .This is the way RNS Motors Hubballi is giving bad service.
                    I am totally upset about the quality of service of RNS Motors Hubballi. I suggest my friends not to buy vehicle from RNS Motors Hubballi.
                    Given my car for service charged 10000 RS. Informed that they serviced well and changed oil etc..i drive to Madurai...AC didn't work..windows did not close properly...oil leakage...i dint know what they did...checked in madurai service centre they informed no gas in the ac...RNS HEBBAL...CHEATER ...

                      I approached RNS motors at Hosur Road for purchase of brand new Maruti Alto. However, an executive called Mr. Krishne Gowda recommended a used car as I wanted a car only for 6 months. They made me visit their showroom 3 times in a week, promising me to show a good used car. However, no cars were produced at anytime giving some vague reasons everytime. When I approached the executive with frustration, his behavior was very unprofessional asking me to come and check out the car if interested when they say or to get lost.
                      When I approached the manager to complain, he refused to accept the same stating they don’t sell used cars and as I dont pay commission, I was not their customer. When they don’t sell used cars, why a used car was recommended in the first place and why was I called in to visit their showroom? And when they dont take any commission why the executive asked for Rs. 5000 as his commission charge on successful purchase?
                      I wrote to Maruti Suzuki regarding this but have received no response other than an auto generated mail.
                      Anyways, I opted for Hyundai and am a happy Customer by far now.

                        I bought a new maruti zen Estilo on july 2008, but when i want to sell the car now the dealers are saying it is not 2008model it is 2007. they are just quoting a half price to that of new price. As i have not checked the manufacturing date of the car at the time of purchasing. When i went to sell the car now the dealers are challenging that it is not 2008 it is 2007 model car and it is regeistered only in 2008 and they cant pay me the price of 2008 model. Now dealers are only quoting the price of 2.2lakh and RNS motors to saying that this is 2007 model car and they are just saying it is worth only 2.40lakh. When they sold to me they never bothered to inform me and take my opinion and they only gave me insurance free at the time of delivery. This is absolute cheating and keeeping the customer in dark they cheat in Broad day light. what a company and what kind of sales persons it have to cheat the customer for ever.

                          This is a complaint about RNS motors, Hosur Road, Bangalore. I had given my Maruti Swift VXI Regn. KA02 MB 8801 for a paid service on May 9th 2008. The service costed me approximately Rs.6200. Next day, after the delivery of the vehicle, when I went to fill in the petrol, the car had no Petrol tank cap in it. This clearly shows that RNS motors employees had opened the petrol tank cap and easily drawn petrol from it using a pipe. Otherwise what is the purpose of opening the petrol tank cap while servicing the car?
                          I hope Maruti and RNS motors takes notice of this issue and stop cheating customers of their petrol and other things not easily noticeable by the customers.
                          This thing has come to my notice only because the petrol tank cap was missing, imagine what these service centers do to all the innocent customers who wouldn't notice anything because their tank cap was intact.
                          Now I have bought a new cap because the day I found out(May 10th 2008) was election day in bangalore and RNS motors were closed on that day. I couldn't wait till the next day because if I had used the car without the cap, the petrol would have evaporated.

                            I have a Versa which stopped suddenly and was towed to RNS motors. After 15 days, they said that the piston rings & reboring need to be done which may cost Rs.45, 000/= plus.This vehicle has done only 60, 000/= KMS. They refused to let me get another service station to give a second opinion.
                            They took the vehicle for a trial run to prove Knocking is there in engine without any water in the Radiator thus damaging the Headpacking. Immediately after coming back they found that the Engine was getting overheated as it stopped in front of the gate while coming back.They pushed back to workshop & realised there is no water in the radiator and immmediately filled it up. Water started gushing into the Plugs, Engine, & Exhaust pipe.
                            Finally, they gave up accepting Head pack gone adding to cost for no fault of mine.
                            Major repair was projected by Staff, which is not ACTUALLY needed. Unnecessarily they changed Spark plugs, Ignition coils, etc still not able to correctly diagnosis the problem. Blockage of oil filter & not circulating oil in Engine etc.
                            Even drop charges was not spared.
                            I had to fight with them to tow the vehicle back to my house because I did not trust them with my car any more.
                            Finally an EX-RNS motors Mechanic repaired the car within 48 Hrs.
                            His diagnosis : CLOGGING of oil FIlter, and OIL PUMP not circulating the oil in the Engine.
                            He cleaned up and ofcourse had to replace the parts that were damaged.
                            I paid him less than what I paid RNS motors (for only causing more damages to the vehicle).
                            Incidently spare parts of the Versa are not available easily.
