I took an AMC for my Kent water purifier on 14th February 2022 from RO Care India. Service what they provide is unimaginable !!! Last Friday onwards my Kent stopped working. I called RO Care and gave a complaint. It's 5 days no technician have turned up. I called their customer care several times finally thet gave me Area Manager, Kajal #[protected]. She never picks up the call!!! She's the manager. No ownership for anything. This company will chase you until they get their money after that they don't care for their customer needs.
