I called RoCare on customer care portal and ask them to send service engineer to install and service my aquaguard. They promised me to send a guy next day and told me that service charge will be 500(installation)+300(service) which is I think too much costly, but I allowed them to send service man. He (Suraj tilve) came from Indore to Ujjain 4 hours late and the work he did was at immature level, he charged me 800/- and no receipt was given by him, also when he left I saw that the tank was dirty and no cleaning was done. I strongly recommend to boycott this agency. Then I called nearby aquaguard service engineer he charged me 200/- for service which was unquestionable and good. Was this information helpful? |
