Service for the wall mounted toilet for water leakage. Service is bad. Charging Rs. 760 more than actual company bill. For asking that he spoke badly.

Firstly through Internet we got customer service number. We called that number more than a month. After that they assigned a service person from the above mentioned address. He came on Jan 26th 2021 and checked the toilet and told for service Rs. 600 we charge. We said OK. Then cleaned the flushed tank with acid (we gave acid bottle) because of salt deposition. Leakage is not stopped. He told for every 6 months service should be done. Then only this kind of problem will not come. He told to change the inlet and outlet fully. For that we have to order that. He said Once it comes I will come and change.

After that I called continuously, then another person came on Jan 30th 2021, and changed that. And I asked him to clean the flush tank for another toilet as the other guy told to do service. After acid cleaning, leakage was there.(we only gave acid bottle he didn't have it, for that charged service charge Rs. 600) Before it was in nice working condition. He told because of salt deposition it happens after using for a month it will automatically stop.
He provide handwritten bill. This bill is without GST. Thaty it less with GST means it will be more.

Day by day small leakage became more water leakage and it didn't stop so we used that toiled by opening and closing of the water valve. We have doubt of the billing price. So we went to the service centre as mentioned in the bill.
There we went along with old one for sample and bought new one. There we paid bill with GST

There we came to know the fraud happened in that previous bill. They charged Rs. 760 more Without GST. (with GST the overall bill comes less only but he gave handwritten bill and charged more Rs490 more + service charge Rs. 1200) We asked there for service to change new ones. Next day morning we again called he told he will come in the evening, he came without any further call he came to our house directly.

He changed the new one which we bought. Then he asked for service of Rs. 300. We asked for price of inlet and outlet. He told what the previous guy charged price. We asked that guy by having 2 bills howcome the rate varies. He was telling plastic price varies week by week. I asked yesterday only we bought now u r telling high price. He was telling like gold price plastic price will vary. This plastic one should come from andhra (hydrabad) so price will vary. He was telling for petrol give me Rs. 300. While talking he told if repair happens next time I won't come. Will see. We told we will come to ur office. He was telling while walking ok come with Rs. 300 and pay in my office. Like that he told and went.

For service 2 times the bill will come around 8k. Seriously For that we can buy a new one..

Beware of fraud people.. Ask for the company bill. Before buying or for asking service. With GST also it comes less only, these people brainwash people by telling with GST bill is more without GST only it will come less.
GST is service tax only, we don't need to pay more than the actual material price.

-CBJ/280121/01 has been ATTENDED By SUNIL yesterday . But final resolution is not over yet..
Problem still persist..
He c9nvinced us and told that it will be resolved as early as possible as it is manufacturing defect what cunsumer is facing problem..
As my parents cannot file complaint, it was done by me later as Soon as I come to know problem is comod.

I think they do not bother after selling their goods once.

I have purchased FLAIR WALL-HUNG WITH CISTERN TOILETS IN WHITE COLOUR on 27th Nov 2020 and same has installed on 7th Dec 2020 since then I'm facing lots of leakage issue with the product I have complained 3 times about this issue, technician Mr. Avdesh Kumar has visited thrice for this issue but problem still persist, he recently visited on 31st Dec 2020 and changed a connection pipes costs Rs. 200/- but leakage again started from day before yesterday. I'm highly dissatisfied with the product and it seems there is some manufacturing defect, I have never expected from a pretegious company's product like Parryware. It feels so annoying.
I request you to do the needful to fix this issue as earliest.

They have charged too much price for hinges of commode seat cover.I paid 7165/- for that which is too expensive

I purchased a wall hung The Gap in June 20 &wall installed one week after the purchase.I complained nearly 30 times but since then your careless and lier engineer are unable to rectify the problem.Whenever I call them (Chandrakant [protected] the Roca engineer) he just repeatedly lie and do not turn up since last six months.After flushing the water and the feacal matter leaks out from the sides of commode.Whenever I contact the seller Mr Ajay Agarwal he just asks the complaint no and after that no action is taken because he has received the money he says that it is the job of Roca service engineer.Now I am left out with no choice except to go to the State Consumer Court and file a compensation suit against Roca India, against the seller, against the local Roca service engineer Mr Chandrakant for cheating, fraud, lying and mental harassment continuously for last six months,

Flush tank button system is not working.i have takenb7 days back only.try to resolve the problem as sooon as possible

We had installed a parryware - Amigo Commode in December 2019. unfortunately within 10 months the hinges of the lid has broken and the lid does not perform the function of soft close
have registered a complaint through wats app number a month back but everytime i call, i am being told that parts are not available

The push type toilet concealed valve is leaking.
The purchase was on[protected] with a warranty of 10 years.
Complaint was booked but your staff is asking service charges of Rs.500/-

One Santosh BV came to attend a complaint. Due to server error, one of the payment being doubtful, I made payment to his other account with an understanding that after reconciliation, payment would be settled. However, he is now evading confirmation of payment in second account and behaving like a thief . His employer, SVS center is also not providing any meaningful help.

It's been more than a month I have complained about the Tap chrome.I have been getting excuses from the parryware customer service. I assure u I am not going to purchase any product from the parryware such a pathetic service from parryware fraud organisation.

Flush button not working

I have a problem with my western closset. I had registered a complaint eaelier. last week a person attended and told they wil get back. But no response til now. Please do the necessary asap

An executive from parryware attended my home to resolve the problem with my wc which was not flushing with pressure and force, it was just releasing water simply instead. But he even could not solve that after so much time o[censored]nloading and loading of wc parts and also i witnessed leakage of water into wc from its tank after the executive went from my home. Therefore i have switched off the water supply to the wc tank itself. If i could be helped out of this problem i will be thankful for parryware.
