I have called the parry ware customer care for serving the verve w/h closet product for my home which covers under 2 years warranty period but they charged rs 830 for replacing the outlet spare by friendly services authorised parryware service provider for chennai region and i was surprised and asked manager mr vijay ([protected]) why we should pay when it covers under warranty period and he said it is the policy of parryware co to collect...

My main problem is functioning of flush. Flushing isn't working properly for the both commodes,

●it tooks lot of time to fill the water in flush to use again, as well as
●it's not giving full capacity of water everytime we flush.

Please look in to the matter urgent, as we aren't able to use commodes because of these problems. Thanking you sir...

Booked complaint of leaking health faucet on 18 mar. No complaint no sent by sms but complaint attended. The plumber (Mob no [protected]) visited and told that health faucet is ok but pipe is leaking. Visited 3 showrooms of roca parryware at lucknow in vikasnagar ring road but no one was able to give the pipe. Visited roca parryware company gallery. No one was able to help on product but connected to mr vikrant of sales (Mob no[protected])....

We have complaint to parryware customer care about parryware toilet flush tank problem. My customercare complaint no : cto / 190219/01 as on 19.02.2018 and 27.02.2018. Till the time the above problem is not rectified.
Overphone mr. Shanmuga kanthavel contact to me and said that this product is not belong to parryware. Your service person is not see our flush tank visualy but he confirmed this is not parry ware products. So i am shocked...

1) water spray and
2) wall mounted flush.

I had purchased all bathroom fittings from roka parryware.in 17 months its second time my shower head has been broken. One time it was replaced by shanti enterprise but this time they are saying it can happen and they wont replace. If a shower head cant work for 2 years than why should we purchase your product.

A roca service engineer came to our apartment today and after checking said that the control system is at fault and needs to be replaced and he would send a quotation for that (Approx 12k-13k). But we just got the electrical supply for the jacuzzi fitted a couple of days back. Not sure how can the control system be damaged without the electrical supply. We had purchased a basin (Cer 16 co33) 9 years ago. The product had a 10 year warranty plan and we were careful to keep all the paperwork of the original purchase. Yet within the few years of the purchase, it started developing small cracks internally. Recently we decided to replace the basin and contacted the dealers. They asked us to contact the roca customer care centre since warranty and replacement cases are covered by them directly....

1. Float overflows
2. As the tank fills float does not cutoff the water incoming
3. Overflown water continuously drains in the gloss set.

It is just over 4 years since we bought both wash basin and western closets at chennai. Horizontal cracks have come at various places and we don't know how bad it is going to be.

From the customer care complaint a gentleman mr. Naveen came home and told that we have to change them and the pricing. This we have already found out and knew the pricing in case it cracks further.
He has neither taken the photos of the crack...

I have purchased a water closet (Wc) model: chicago rs[protected] from fcml indira nagar, bangalore to be installed in our new bathroom. But after installation, the flushing is found to be too slow and it just concentrates at the bottommost area without any water going down from the top as usual in any other wcs. When contacted fcml, to my surprise, they said it's perfect and the "washdown" design is working properly. I am sure it is ridiculously...
