        Bought a wc aqualine model and after fixing the same and used for just 3 months within a short period there is an issue with the inlet. When i called customer care on 13th feb executive told me that within 24hrs issue will be resolved i wanted the technician on saturday so that on executive told me to call on 14th feb so that will send a tech on saturday after following up for the whole day on saturday both with call center and service center they were saying no our tat time is 48 working hours, i was so pissed off and call center people are so irresponsible they disconnected my call multiple times and i was literally harassed by them and end up sharing my details to different people (4). Finally, a person called mr. Vaidhinadhan spoke to me and his tone was also very negative told me monday only possible to send. Very poor service never go for parryware.

          I purchased parryware atlantis shower panel on[protected] from krishna engineering. I installed the panel with texmo booster pump for good pressure as instructed by the seller.
          But after installation i found the pressure from body shower is too low and i made a complaint with both parryware and texmo as i was unsure about which out of the two products is defective. My parryware complaint no is - cch/171019/43. The texmo guy came and verified everything and found no fault from his end. He also waited till the parrware service person arrived. Parryware service person investigated and told he is not able to find the root cause and said it might probably because of loop in the panel which he is unsure of. This shows his knowledge and expertise on this product and is really pathetic. My experience with parrware customer service is another awful thing. No proper response not timeline provided for the resolution.
          The cost of texmo booster pump is rs.10000 and cost of atlantis shower panel is rs.19000. I get better customer service from texmo rather than parrware which ideally should be opposite. Parryware is a most trusted brand and i do not expect such a brand to have worst customer service and experience. Kindly take this issue seriously and provide a resolution at the earliest

          Bathroom mixture's knob is missing and parry ware is not doing any action on this I have made 2 complains to them complain number to parry ware complaint no-ckc/111119/03 and executive Ravi Kumar [protected] visited but I don't know why parry is not arranging that part. I can not put any other part on that. Please help me.

            I am your customer for the last 20 years. My wife and son went to your dealer m/s modern ceramics, visakhapatnam and purchased western commode with flush tank vide bill no 900 dated for rs 3200/-. We regret to inform you that the flush tank is in damaged condition and we noticed it when opened the seal (Please see the photo).
            They went to the shop and showed the damaged item (Bottom portion damaged (And requested for replacement. He did not replace the item and behaved rudely.
            I request to kindly inquire the matter and arrange for replacement or refund the cost of flush tank at the earliest.

              I have called the parry ware customer care for serving the verve w/h closet product for my home which covers under 2 years warranty period but they charged rs 830 for replacing the outlet spare by friendly services authorised parryware service provider for chennai region and i was surprised and asked manager mr vijay ([protected]) why we should pay when it covers under warranty period and he said it is the policy of parryware co to collect the cost for all spares which does not covers under warranty period so by experiencing the inadequate service i strongly recommend please don’t go for this parryware product at any cost.

              How disgusting company & core team members. Here I'm from Nepal.Its being 2 month billing from Indore for jp products, but till today's date I haven't got the products which I billed.
              I am also facing the same problem and I would strongly recommend everybody not to opt any product of parryware

                My main problem is functioning of flush. Flushing isn't working properly for the both commodes,

                ●it tooks lot of time to fill the water in flush to use again, as well as
                ●it's not giving full capacity of water everytime we flush.

                Please look in to the matter urgent, as we aren't able to use commodes because of these problems. Thanking you sir

                  Booked complaint of leaking health faucet on 18 mar. No complaint no sent by sms but complaint attended. The plumber (Mob no [protected]) visited and told that health faucet is ok but pipe is leaking. Visited 3 showrooms of roca parryware at lucknow in vikasnagar ring road but no one was able to give the pipe. Visited roca parryware company gallery. No one was able to help on product but connected to mr vikrant of sales (Mob no[protected]). It was good of mr vikrant to visit the home and analyse the problem. However he has replied after investigations in market that spare pipe for health faucet is not avaialable and hence the whole health faucet should be changed. The health faucet is 2 years old and the complex has 600+ homes where roca has supplied fittings.

                  If i have to change the entire health faucet why should i purchase roca???

                    We have complaint to parryware customer care about parryware toilet flush tank problem. My customercare complaint no : cto / 190219/01 as on 19.02.2018 and 27.02.2018. Till the time the above problem is not rectified.
                    Overphone mr. Shanmuga kanthavel contact to me and said that this product is not belong to parryware. Your service person is not see our flush tank visualy but he confirmed this is not parry ware products. So i am shocked with his response over phone only. Kindly see the photos of parryware toilet flush tank in my house.

                      There is a leakage in

                      1) water spray and
                      2) wall mounted flush.
                      It is been 3 years from the installation, so what will be the service charges, is it required to replace water spray and when will i get your responce. I have attached all the necessary images and video for your reference. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                      Flash tank in the toilet is leaking. Water is not getting stored in the flush tank. It is leaking in to the commode.

                        We have constructed a new house during 2017. Purchased all the bathroom fittings at a very high cost from the dealer of parryware. He assured prompt service.

                        We find that i have to lift a bucket of water and pour to flush.

                        Most probably, the amount of force that flushing system must be increased.

                        I have found this problem in some of our company guest houses also. Requested the dealer (From whom we bought these items at "one town" vijayawada) to raise this complaint with the company to look into the design. The seller flatly refused to raise with the manufacturer.
                        We would request you to get this attended by your local service rep. Let your service person reach us by mail [protected]@gmail.com. I have complained to customer care number [protected] and gave our address. We don't have the copy of the purchase order/invoice as the seller has accepted only cash payments.

                          It's been 45 days since the replacement for a Health Faucet was promised. No action taken till now and when I call service centre SVS Enterprises, Somajiguda they are rude and saying what shall we do if the part or product has not arrived and that takes 3-4 months sometimes. Do you think customers are fools or what for investing lakhs in Parryware and get such stinking service. I want to escalate this further.                             Hello Team,

                            Greetings,

                            This is regarding the complaint lodged "Reg No -CBE/260219/01 Parryware Roca Authorized".

                            We had purchsed two commodes and other parryware materials for our home.
                            There is a crack observed on the commode. This was installed in the month of Jan 2019. There are only two people at home ( parents). hardly used for a week.
                            We observed the crack and stopped using. When complained the dealer. Delear said he will invovle company technician.
                            Representative took pics and went. there was no response. After few week we were asked to contact parryware callcnetre and lodge complaint for replacement. Which we did.
                            Then one of the employee from parryware Rajendran calls and says " this cannot be replaced, as it could be damage done physically ".
                            Doesnt have manners to talk. why doesnt he makes an effort to understand, analsye the issue. did he really made an effort to check.
                            On what basis is he saying. We have snt the pics /bills etc.

                            Does this man really have sense of humour. If there is a pshysical damage, there would have been some scratch or mark or damage would have been seen on the commode. It is the crack on the commode.
                            When it is a company defect, please accept it. Dont let the customers suffer.

                            Thank God no one was using it, other wise if somewas was hurt during usage, will the company would have paid for that.

                            How can a company like Parryware employes such employee, who doesnt even have the manners to talk, handle customers, and situation.

                            I request Parryware company :
                            We are esteemed customers of Parryware. This is the worst kind of support being received. And we have been suffering.

                              The bathroom equipment’s in our house are of parry ware .we have asked for repair and service.But the servicemen came also didn’t fix it and not responding to our calls.The helpline of parryware also not resolving our issue.we have four of their products to be fixed which of three different bathrooms.Its really hard.one of the bathrooms flush is not working and it’s broken out.The other bathrooms flusher is problematic, if we press once the entire water is been flushed off and sometimes it leaks and the total water in the house is been drained.The other flush is also not working.

                                Dear sir,

                                I had purchased all bathroom fittings from roka parryware.in 17 months its second time my shower head has been broken. One time it was replaced by shanti enterprise but this time they are saying it can happen and they wont replace. If a shower head cant work for 2 years than why should we purchase your product.
                                They are saying that they take gurantee only for six months but if bathroom fittings will work only for 6 months than how can a middle class survive.

                                  A roca service engineer came to our apartment today and after checking said that the control system is at fault and needs to be replaced and he would send a quotation for that (Approx 12k-13k). But we just got the electrical supply for the jacuzzi fitted a couple of days back. Not sure how can the control system be damaged without the electrical supply. This is all a way to fool customers and make easy money.

                                    I had purchase a parryware comode (Qube x wh) price rs.13390.00 from jagatdhatri marbles supply barrackpure on 21/7/18, but in the time of fittings found a leakage on that product, i had raised a complain no (Cps/230718/1) on 23/7/18 through customer care no and as per their concern that company service provider will come within 72hours but till date i have not received any update nor from company side or from dealer side.                                       I bought poise jacuzzi from ananda hardware, poonamallee chennai, the touch panel not working well, nobody came for demo so far, this was message sent by customer service "dear customer, your call no-cve/070518/03 will be attended by nithyanandhan k[protected] call parryware roca authorized customer care centre[protected]for details. Kindly. Thanks" 15 days back. So far no response, this type of worst service back up i did not expect from parryware. I wouldn't recommend parryware brand to any of my friends. Do the needful - dr ravanan, not yet fixed, kindly attend as soon as possible, i am fed up with parryware lost faith in roca parryware. Kindly send the e-mail reply - yours dr k ravanan [protected]

                                        I have lodged compliant CGU/180518/01 from GUNTUR .But till now it was not solved. I tried over mobile to sri SUBRAMANYAM plumber but he not responded and my problem not solved(REPLACEMENT OF ROCA COME OUT TOP NOB).very poor response from your side .please check it.Previously I have lodged complaint, without visiting my house the company has closed the problem and again the same thing repeated . without rectify the grievance the company has closed complaint. it is requested to solve and do needful.
