We from srr projects private limited, c/o-crown beers india pvt ltd, mallepally village, sangareddy, medak-502295. We are purchased roca products (Sum about 10 lakhs inr) like urinals, urinal sensor, china wc, wash basin etc much more. We needs assistance of technician from roca for set up o[censored]rinal sensor. We make contact with roca helpline no [protected], but it have 03 days to go, no one reached till with us to resolve the problem. We contacted the regional customer care in the no of [protected], but no result we have getting till.
We are filling guilty towards purchase of roca sanitary for us.

no response from any one...!!! astonished !!!
Flush problem. Once flush used the tank does not starts taking water. It's having problem from last 3 to 4 months.

    I have purchased on wc through m/s pooja nx malad west mumbai with 12"trap.
    The trap in wc supplied is less than 12".
    There is a gap of about 2"between wall and wc after fitment.
    I had complained t customer care ref cmu24041705.
    First one of your tecnician visited and noted the the problem. He took measurement of gap and took photographs lso. There was no response from company there after.
    When i called once again, got a call from customer care to arrange a plumber at the time of visit of your technician.
    The dealer arranged a plumber at the time of visit of your second technician.
    The wc was dismantled and your technician measured distance of trap from wall on bathroom florr. He informed that the distance of trap was 12.5" instead of 12"and part of gap between wall and wc was because of this.
    He also measured trap in wc and observed that it was less than 12".
    The two together were responsible for the final gap between wall and wc.
    After 2 days the second technician visited again with a 3rd technician.
    The third technician once again took measured distance of trap on floor and said it was 13"instead of 12". This was measured as 12.5"on previous vsit.
    The third technician did not agree with measurement taken by your second technician.
    He also did not agree to measure trap distance in wc.
    He finally said if trap on floor was 12" he would have arranged replacement. And since trap was 13" as per his version no replacement can be given.
    In my view the whole exercise is to find some point at customer end and reject even the genuine claim of customer.
    I bought parryware brand assuming that they are excellent in quality and shall take care if any problem is faced.
    I earnestly request that the wc be replaced without further harassment to me..

    telephonic complaint not addressed.
    Bath room tap leaking, stop lever loose at wash basin point and bath room tap water is coming very slow.
    10days ago we bought a new seat from parryware flair costing 12000 ivory colour, from the day it is fitted the siston is not working properly and the leakage is going through the pot on the floor. The plumbers also checked it out but still there is some leakage. Please provide a consultant or change the seat.pa

        I purchased 2 toilets at Rs8000 each abt 3 years ago. The ball-cock unit in one flush has failed and water is leaking profusely.

        The technician said the ball-cock is gone and non-repairable.The cost is Rs 1400+350 labour. I wonder why such costly toilets come with such fragile /easily malfunctioing working units?

        The toilet is warranteed for 10 years but on enquiry later, I understand that it is only for the ceramic part of toilet.Why would anyone pay 8000 for the ceramic part, when the ball cock is not going to last 2-3 years? And when it cracks they will say it was mishandled by customer.

        The actual working parts must be warranteed for at least 5 years.And cheap moving parts must be fitted inside, so that the customer can easily get it outside and fit it by himself.

        Such cheating shd stop. The full unit shd be warranteed for 10 years.

        Every unit purchased must be all-parts wtd at the rate of 1 yr for every Rs 2000 max 15 yrs. Yes, a flat must be wtd for 50 years.

        Ppl shd not go for fancy pieces and then rue. For every item there shd be a base model, which shd be available in full or parts all the time.

        Water flush leakage
        I purchased 3Nos. of EWC Solid Seat Covers from KB Hardware Stores Nanganallur last week of April 2017.I noticed only today[protected] that a groundnut shell shaped piece is missing in one of the seats. This piece is to inserted into the socket type piece at the bottom of the seat.I shall be thankful i[censored] could arrange the same.

          I purchased a pyarryware wall hung closet from A2Z sanitary ware and tiles ernakulam PT usha road. At the very beginning itself when I saw the closet on display there was a mismatch in the seat cover .I asked the sales man why was it so. He said madam don't worry about it that is just the display piece you will be given the proper one while delivery. But when I opened the box at home I saw the same piece which was put for display . I called the shop and they gave me the toll free number of parryware. I called in that number and a register number was messaged . For a week there was no response. I kept on calling the shop dealer and they were just making fool o[censored]s by saying their godown telephone is not working and such stupid reasons. I went to the shop and returned the seat cover .They said it will be replaced soon by coming home. Again no response and I called the toll free number once more. Same procedure again a message was send to my mobile and no other response from the customer care. register number CER05011704

            I complained regarding water leaking from a sascade commode of parry ware make. The complain no is cca16c310 dt 27.12.2016the service technician from kolkata named sankar haldar replaced the cistern assembly part c7512 on 28.12.2016 inside the commode except the float at a cost of rs 780.00 plus service charge of rs 345.0, but he did not replace the base of the new assembly and placed the new assembly on the old base and told that this base is for cardiff type assembly which will be of much higher price. Please explain why a base component has been given with the cistern assembly when the same is not required to be installed and the base was not used and given to me to keep it aside. Has the service technician has correctly explained me the posion? I want to know the company's views in thgis regard.

              Hi, myself mukesh Kunjadiya from Gotri Vadodara Gujarat and complain for flush repair few days back only and it is solved by replace New parts into it but after one week it is again not working and problem remains same so please look into the issue properly by experience man and solve my problem as soon as possible
              The flush in the toilet is not functioning and water is over flowing

                This complaint is in reference with the complaint filed on oct 31st 2016 and complaint Reference:CKT16A048 and the customer Care Executive verified on the very next week. I had attached some bills in relation with this matter.

                Initially I had informed the shop officials parryware organisation that Iam a genuine customer and what i had mentioned is 100% true. I got a question raised from the shop officials that I had manipulated the bills as per the bills the items are purchased on 2004.

                Is it possible to create a bill according to the value added Tax Rules 2005.The VAT bill is passed on 2005 and As a customer is it possibe to make it on 2004? All the bills are handwritten and all the letters are in different ways, some are corrected some are unidentifiable. Please go through all the bills the date and handwritten things It is not done by the customers end.As the system is software based only after 2008 by the shop officials. All the bills are handwritten only. It was written by the shop staffs.Celinamma George Joy is my mother and Raju Nalukody is my technician.
                Before purchasing Iam not forecasting that your product is not good and it has got complaint on coming years. As a customer I can check with the brand value and years of commitement.
                If this bill is manipulated Please cross check all the bills and estimates that had authorised signatory too.
                I had purchased all the things on 2007, 2008 and next years followed by the same. I had constructed a new house. neither renowated nor maintanence done. This basins are purchased on 2007.
                I have informed them that as an authorised organisation you can closely monitor and verify all the relavant documents. The consent getting after 2006 for starting construction and completion report, Electricity connection also.If necessary I am ready to send it. all the bar cords are still on the basins Iam not aware when to manufacter it ana all. I had send all the bills prior through mobile photographs. Now I had send using 200dpi Scanned image.
                Till today I am not getting any authorised reply in accordance with the same. The only reply I got is the bill was sendt to the QA(Quality Assurance) team. I had waited for 40 days. As a customer am 100% eligible for the warranty(10years) as the company offered and it is completely because of the manufacturing defect. Is this the right way to wait for this for a long time.
                Please verify and crosscheck my Complaint.

                  I purchased this product in August, 2014 and got it installed by rock technician in October, 2014. However, it never worked and I had complaint many times. The technician came and did not know how to handle it. He took the remote unit and it was rectified. However, the water jet though function but there was no water coming. He promised to rectify it. The product was in warrantee period. It was not rectify. In the mean time I went abroad and returned in May, 2016. I again complaint, the technician came and told it will be rectified, but not returned back( May, 2016).
                  I again complaint now in November, 2016. The technician came and said it is out of warrantee and i have to pay for the service and the part.
                  I am sorry, that inspire of related complaint during warrantee period, it was not rectified, now out of warrantee they to charge for it.

                    I had raised complaint # CNO16B042. WC in bathroom is showing crack after use for few days. I called my society facility office and plumber told me that it's a defective WC and needs to call parryware customer care. I called and your representative visited my home and took pictures and video and told me the same that there is BAAR (crack) in WC sheet and I will get letter to replace this defective sheet. Today, I got call from customer care and she told that it will not be replaced as this has been cracked by me. I just don't understand why we are going back and forth on this although sheet crack is clearly telling that crack is because of defective sheet. I hope you will help me replace this sheet. Thanks.

                    We have Wall mounted western toilet, in the water flush both the nobs are not working. where we have checked the inlet to the same water is going well. Flash Is not at all happening.

                      I booked complaint on the 9th about leakage, filter broken and fading of SS metal in wash basin tap. But so far no one attended the fault. I am totally disappointed about your product and service to the customer. Now I could not use my kitchen tap totally and suffer a lot because of your poor consumer care services. It is very bad to wait for nearly 10 days for a small complaint.

                        I have registered a complaint for concealed tank on 13 Oct With complaint no. CBO16A025. Water is following continuously. I was told the technician will come in 48 hrs. It's been 10 days now and no one has arrived and after numerous calls to customer care to which everyday they replied the technician will arrive "today" . Ieven talked to the west zone manager but my complaint is yet to be resolved.

                          The part on which one has to press for the water to come out of the hand faucet came off and fell in the flush. I went today morning around 11.30 am to the shop 'ceramique point south' in Kotla mubarakpur, opposite of Defence Colony, New Delhi to register a complaint.i was shocked when I was told I must have broke it the salesman didn't have the courtesy to check if the hand faucet had fallen down and got some dent. I felt cheated not even 3 months is over I have to shelf the product.Please do something

                            I have a cascade style wc but recently I have found that there is a constant flow of water from the sides of the wc into the water level at the bottom of the pot. it is leaking from all around the pot and the flow is quite fast. . this is causing too much waste of water. last time some one came because the out let was blocked but now it is leaking tremendously. I have asked the plumber but he says this has to be done by parry ware itself. also it has got loose from the foundations and makes a noise and moves when you sit on it.
                            pl send someone as fast as possible. This is a waste of natural resources. as I have no other help would request for its attention please.

                              I have purchased one set of wall hang & conciled cistern from your dealer m/s kanhaiya traders shiv nagar damoh road jabalpur m.p. with bill no. 781 dt. 30/5/2016. dealer has given wrong cistern & it is not fitted till now. i made complaint to dealer, he directed me to complaint to your indore office. i made twice complaint to indore office with reg. no cja 65040 &cja 66018. your mechanic ritesh came but unable to ractify the complaint. till then i am complaining but no responce is there. now i am complaining to you. if my complaint will not be resolved within 15 days, i will go to consumer court for lack is service . kindly see in the matter & inform before it.

                                We purchased a hand washing shower along with other items (PARRYWARE) from PARNAMY sales corporation, new tikona park, NIT, Faridabad i dated 11. 03. 12. 03, 1204 and 21 04 13 (bill no. 5719, 5681, 6344) .
                                The nozle of the shower was broken while using and put a complaint on 4th June-2016 with the Faridabad based supplier. Since no body turned up to attend our complaint, we lodged a complaint again on 15th June. A person named Mr. Ravi came to attend the complaint on 17th June around 4.50pm. He cheked the nozle and simply uttered the words " What is there, change it". I told him to show us the warranty clause. But again he irritated us by his reply.I I asked him who would change it. The reply was the same that you would change it. I insisted upon the warranty conditions, but he could not satisfy us. I ask him who will supply the part. His reply was get it from the market, we will not do it. His attitude of talking with a customer ie to us, was irritating.
                                My request to PARRYWARE executive:
                                Even after waiting for nearly 15 days, instead of attending the complaint and providing the solution, the product by PARRYWARE could not be repaired or replaced. I know nozle is available in the markete. But what is the warranty clause and satisfaction of the customer.
                                I am sure you will take the matter seriously, and save the other customer like us, from humiliation.

                                    I have registered a complaint regarding toilet flush three months before.Still the service man came for repair. Every time I call they say please wait for two days.It's being three months am waiting.My complaint register number is CIU161001.Now am fed up of calling the worst customer care ever.Finally decided to buy a new one replacing the entire set.

                                    Compliant number CHY49181 Even After 4 months issue is not solved. Few nut and bolts spare part not available, so throw the 20k commode. If the spare parts are not available why the hell you sell the product?

                                      I, N.Asokkumar, residing at 34/1 Balasubramania Nagar, Perundurai Road, Erode 11, purchased nearly 7 nos of western floor mountable water closet (Toilet basin) and 7 nos of wash basin of Parry ware make, all in white colours nearly 12 years back.I purchased the same from SNRMS, Erode (Rani & Co., Erode). I used the same for the house where I am residing for the past 10 years. But nearly some 7 years back itself I experienced hair line cracks on all the closet as well as wash basins. I complained about the same to the dealers from whom we purchased nearly 3 years back. They just ignored it by saying that it was due to the high atmospheric temperature and low humid conditions prevailing in the closed rest rooms where the said ceramic wares were located. They had neglected to accept the manufacturing defects. When today (29.3.2016) I approached Murugan & Co., Mettur Road, Near Abirami Theatre, Erode, who is dealing in ceramic wares and enquired for Hindustan ceramic ware products, they said they are dealing in Parryware only. I said to them all the problem that I had faced in using Parryware. The owner of Murugan & Co accepted the facts that it was a manufacturing problem and said that they had also replaced many ceramic wares of Parryware make by that time.
                                      Now I am here to bring to your kind attention why you have insisted all your dealer for replacement of the fault product which is not a simple thing as it is a life threatening for the people using it.
                                      In fact during last week when my 10 year son mounted the basin it suddenly collapsed. Fortunately the plastic seat cover protected him from life threatening injury. You are aware that the broken ceramic ware are sharp enough to tear the human skin deep enough even to life threatening injury. If any thing untoward incident happened even crores of your company property can not make good of the loss. So please respond immediately or else why I should not take further action on your company on this matter. Also I feel the way your dealer M/s Rani & Co., Erode acted lethargically even after informing him about the facts are unacceptable.

                                        It is with utter dissatisfaction I am writing this to Parryware. I raised a complaint (Compliant # CTC15C074) on 30 Dec 2015 regarding cracks on the parryware sanitaroy ware as mentioned below. It has been acknowledged and a technician named Benny George contact number [protected] inspected the place on 4 Jan 2016 and reported the damages which I mentioned was correct. On 6 Jan 2016 I got a SMS from the DM-RCOASM saying that the compliant is closed without any further rectification on course of action. To me it is highly unprofessional to close a compliant without customer consensus and any further communication. On calling back the customer care to know why the compliant is closed they are saying that I have not produced the Bill. Hope every man with common sense know that a bill of item purchased in almost a decade old is hard to keep. But I said them give me a weeks’ time or you can check with the dealer to get a duplicate bill. But that has not been heard by anyone and the customer care and Technician is adamant on producing the original bill. I pity on the way parryware as a company dealt with this customer compliant. I request you to reopen the complaint and resolve it amicably otherwise I don’t have any option other than going to consumer court. Appreciate an early positive response. Few photos of the defective product attached due to size limitation, let me know an email ID I can share the entire set of photos. It was bought from Lavish / Modern Sanitaries, Thrissur, Kerala 680001, India two well-known dealers of Parryware in Thrissur. The quality of the product in that batch is in question otherwise these many pieces won’t get defect in few years.We bought Parryware because it was a renowned brand and will last lifelong but these type of quality issues is bringing down the Customer Satisfaction.
