I have purchased on wc through m/s pooja nx malad west mumbai with 12"trap.
The trap in wc supplied is less than 12".
There is a gap of about 2"between wall and wc after fitment.
I had complained t customer care ref cmu24041705.
First one of your tecnician visited and noted the the problem. He took measurement of gap and took photographs lso. There was no response from company there after.
When i called once again, got a call from customer care to arrange a plumber at the time of visit of your technician.
The dealer arranged a plumber at the time of visit of your second technician.
The wc was dismantled and your technician measured distance of trap from wall on bathroom florr. He informed that the distance of trap was 12.5" instead of 12"and part of gap between wall and wc was because of this.
He also measured trap in wc and observed that it was less than 12".
The two together were responsible for the final gap between wall and wc.
After 2 days the second technician visited again with a 3rd technician.
The third technician once again took measured distance of trap on floor and said it was 13"instead of 12". This was measured as 12.5"on previous vsit.
The third technician did not agree with measurement taken by your second technician.
He also did not agree to measure trap distance in wc.
He finally said if trap on floor was 12" he would have arranged replacement. And since trap was 13" as per his version no replacement can be given.
In my view the whole exercise is to find some point at customer end and reject even the genuine claim of customer.
I bought parryware
brand assuming that they are excellent in quality and shall take care if any problem is faced.
I earnestly request that the wc be replaced without further harassment to me..
