We had purchased a basin (Cer 16 co33) 9 years ago. The product had a 10 year warranty plan and we were careful to keep all the paperwork of the original purchase. Yet within the few years of the purchase, it started developing small cracks internally. Recently we decided to replace the basin and contacted the dealers. They asked us to contact the roca customer care centre since warranty and replacement cases are covered by them directly.
The cc centre sent a representative to the house to check on the product but they said that that the warranty plan of 10 years was only introduced recently and that during the time of our purchase of the basin, the warranty was only for 5 years and hence we are no longer eligible for the free replacement. Our local dealer is insisting that the warranty was for 10 years itself and that we are still eligible for replacement but the agents from the cc centre are insisting that the warranty is only for 5 years. However, when we asked them to share this in writing, they flatly refused. When we asked to speak to their manager, they kept transferring the call to someone else.

It is clear to us that the customer care agents at roca are not telling us the truth. So we ask, if that was the case? If their claims are genuine then why are they refusing to share this in writing (Despite repeatedly asking them to do so?) or why are they so hesitant to let us speak to someone in authority.

Toilet flush valve is not working, pl attend on urgent basis,
From Mach 2017 this valve already attended by your technician 5 times, and changed some part but condition is same.

    1. Float overflows
    2. As the tank fills float does not cutoff the water incoming
    3. Overflown water continuously drains in the gloss set.
    4. Necessary short video clips of the complaints is attached here with
    I request you to kindly advise your dealer to send a opt person to rectify the defect sooner

      It is just over 4 years since we bought both wash basin and western closets at chennai. Horizontal cracks have come at various places and we don't know how bad it is going to be.

      From the customer care complaint a gentleman mr. Naveen came home and told that we have to change them and the pricing. This we have already found out and knew the pricing in case it cracks further.
      He has neither taken the photos of the crack and left few days back. We have still to hear from the customer care about the follow up.

      There was a time when parry was trusted but today as things happen their product and service is deplorable

      Flush system not working. Top end plastic component got cracked/ broken causing difficulty in use of flush. It is a recurring problem of this cascade commode of parry. Severel times it has been repaired but after few months or so problem recurs. Pl send someone urgently. Product is beyond the warranty period.

        I have purchased a water closet (Wc) model: chicago rs[protected] from fcml indira nagar, bangalore to be installed in our new bathroom. But after installation, the flushing is found to be too slow and it just concentrates at the bottommost area without any water going down from the top as usual in any other wcs. When contacted fcml, to my surprise, they said it's perfect and the "washdown" design is working properly. I am sure it is ridiculously abnormal. My advice to people all over india is never buy roca products for your bathrooms.

        And moreover, refrain buying products/services from fcml as they don't bother to look at your problems after sales. They are only interested in sales by misleading their customers. Fcml people didn't advise or explain the drawback of the roca wc to me during my enquiry and subsequent purchase at their showroom in bangalore. From my terrible experience, i am compelled to say that unprofessional people are managing fcml group.

          I m complaining for mixture tap. I m complain this to the shop nandi sanitation at bankura westbengal, they provide me the contact no of service agent. I contact with him till now we are suffering from problem. Is this a good service of yours. Though my much sanitory items are parryware. So, pls rectify my mixture problem as soon as possible from your end.

            Sir... I have always using parryware bathroom products as it never produced any problems.. But now i am deeply sad that my both parryware closets are getting cracks and also my washbasins,... I did change one of them... But now i am forced file a complaint as all my parryware products are getting cracks.. My complaint num is cer/141017/03... And mr. A
            Antony was supposed to attend. I called him over phone and he asked if i had a bill... Which unfortunately i missed it... He has asked me to whatsapp the pic of the closets... I have lost my belief in parryware products and customer care... And would never suggest to anyone because of my bad experience... If possible do reply in a favouring manner... For as if now i am forced to change two closets for our familiy's safety.

              I have purchased single piece commode prince model from parikh sanitary m. G. Road raipur chhattisgarh, my issue is that there is no parryware logo is printed anywhere in the product. I contacted dealer from where i purchased the product but nothing happened, then i lodge complaint in parryware company with reg no. Cri2707170. This complaint was assigned to mr prashant raut but he didnt respond, then i contacted him several times to resolve my issue, after few days i recieved an sms that your call completed and resolved. Then i again lodge a complaint with reg no. Cri18081702 and my this complaint was again assigned to mr. Prashant raut but still no response from him/company and i have been received an sms that your call is completed and and resolved...

                I have made a bulk purchase on 17/05/2017. One of the western closet in not working properly and I have made a complaint CCH10061752 for the same. Please tell whether you can replace or not, so that I can look for alternative.

                My vitreous single piece toilet flesh tank is not working and 2in one wall angle is also not working. One wall angle of the wash basin is also not working. products are under warranty

                  We had installed a cascade w. C. With ceramic water tank in one of our toilets some years ago. We had no complaint about it for some years but subsequently one day the ceramic water tank burst/cracked with a bang. The local dealers were contacted who were convinced about the inherent manufacturing defect of the product, and the same was somehow replaced even though not entirely to our satisfaction.

                  Now again, the water tank burst out/cracked the other day, obviously because of the same reason of defective manufacturing problems. Unfortunately, we are unable to locate the old dealer in calicut from whom we had originally purchased it. We have, therefore, no other alternative except to report this matter to you directly for urgent replacement of the water tank and redressal of our grievance on an urgent basis.

                  Please let me know if you have any direct representative in calicut for attending to urgent matters of this kind, so that we can get in touch with them.

                  As this is a clear case of manufacturing defects of a product, i propose to move the authorities of the consumer protection department also, in case the matter is not resolved to our entire satisfaction this time.

                  I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

                    Hi, eversince i purchased parryware western seat in december last year, i got struck with major issues... Though i complained immediately {reg no. Cgr16c015 dt[protected]} for 1) cracks getting developed in the seat immediately post installation 2) extreme foul smell emanating from the seat. The technician who visited took pictures etc.. And told me he can not do anything but, he will escalate to the relevant dept for a resolution. But, to my surprise i got an sms on[protected] that the complaint stands resolved. This was without any response/revert yet the complaint was closed. I lived with both issues till date cursing my decision of having taken this product. Till i'm now getting other issue faced. Which is the knobs on the water tank for water flow inside are not functioning properly. We have to keep the buttons pressed for water to flow complete. It doesnt perform with a simple push. And the bad smell coming out of the seat is anyways depressing. My loca plumber told me the stagnant water level in the pot is not enough because of which the foul smell is there... But, who will look into this from company?? I have registered yet another complaint today {reg no. Cgr17071702}.

                      My self heet bathani from junagadh, gujarat. I'm using roca urinal censor from 1 and half year. Bt it doesn't work last from 4 months. Warranty will be expired in october. I registered lots of complian nd send my warranty card bt still i didn't get any reply from them, they always give one ans that our technician will visit ur place shortly. Still no one is come to visit our place. I already send photos of censor.

We contacted the regional customer care in the no of [protected], but no result we have getting till.
                        We are filling guilty towards purchase of roca sanitary for us.

                        Flush problem. Once flush used the tank does not starts taking water. It's having problem from last 3 to 4 months.

                          I have purchased on wc through m/s pooja nx malad west mumbai with 12"trap.
                          The trap in wc supplied is less than 12".
                          There is a gap of about 2"between wall and wc after fitment.
                          I had complained t customer care ref cmu24041705.
                          First one of your tecnician visited and noted the the problem. He took measurement of gap and took photographs lso. There was no response from company there after.
                          When i called once again, got a call from customer care to arrange a plumber at the time of visit of your technician.
                          The dealer arranged a plumber at the time of visit of your second technician.
                          The wc was dismantled and your technician measured distance of trap from wall on bathroom florr. He informed that the distance of trap was 12.5" instead of 12"and part of gap between wall and wc was because of this.
                          He also measured trap in wc and observed that it was less than 12".
                          The two together were responsible for the final gap between wall and wc.
                          After 2 days the second technician visited again with a 3rd technician.
                          The third technician once again took measured distance of trap on floor and said it was 13"instead of 12". This was measured as 12.5"on previous vsit.
                          The third technician did not agree with measurement taken by your second technician.
                          He also did not agree to measure trap distance in wc.
                          He finally said if trap on floor was 12" he would have arranged replacement. And since trap was 13" as per his version no replacement can be given.
                          In my view the whole exercise is to find some point at customer end and reject even the genuine claim of customer.
                          I bought parryware brand assuming that they are excellent in quality and shall take care if any problem is faced.
                          I earnestly request that the wc be replaced without further harassment to me..

                          telephonic complaint not addressed.
                          Bath room tap leaking, stop lever loose at wash basin point and bath room tap water is coming very slow.
                          10days ago we bought a new seat from parryware flair costing 12000 ivory colour, from the day it is fitted the siston is not working properly and the leakage is going through the pot on the floor. The plumbers also checked it out but still there is some leakage. Please provide a consultant or change the seat.pa

                              I purchased 2 toilets at Rs8000 each abt 3 years ago. The ball-cock unit in one flush has failed and water is leaking profusely.

                              The technician said the ball-cock is gone and non-repairable.The cost is Rs 1400+350 labour. I wonder why such costly toilets come with such fragile /easily malfunctioing working units?

                              The toilet is warranteed for 10 years but on enquiry later, I understand that it is only for the ceramic part of toilet.Why would anyone pay 8000 for the ceramic part, when the ball cock is not going to last 2-3 years? And when it cracks they will say it was mishandled by customer.

                              The actual working parts must be warranteed for at least 5 years.And cheap moving parts must be fitted inside, so that the customer can easily get it outside and fit it by himself.

                              Such cheating shd stop. The full unit shd be warranteed for 10 years.

                              Every unit purchased must be all-parts wtd at the rate of 1 yr for every Rs 2000 max 15 yrs. Yes, a flat must be wtd for 50 years.

                              Ppl shd not go for fancy pieces and then rue. For every item there shd be a base model, which shd be available in full or parts all the time.

                              Water flush leakage
                              I purchased 3Nos. of EWC Solid Seat Covers from KB Hardware Stores Nanganallur last week of April 2017.I noticed only today[protected] that a groundnut shell shaped piece is missing in one of the seats. This piece is to inserted into the socket type piece at the bottom of the seat.I shall be thankful i[censored] could arrange the same.

                                I purchased a pyarryware wall hung closet from A2Z sanitary ware and tiles ernakulam PT usha road. At the very beginning itself when I saw the closet on display there was a mismatch in the seat cover .I asked the sales man why was it so. He said madam don't worry about it that is just the display piece you will be given the proper one while delivery. But when I opened the box at home I saw the same piece which was put for display . I called the shop and they gave me the toll free number of parryware. I called in that number and a register number was messaged . For a week there was no response. I kept on calling the shop dealer and they were just making fool o[censored]s by saying their godown telephone is not working and such stupid reasons. I went to the shop and returned the seat cover .They said it will be replaced soon by coming home. Again no response and I called the toll free number once more. Same procedure again a message was send to my mobile and no other response from the customer care. register number CER05011704

                                  I complained regarding water leaking from a sascade commode of parry ware make. The complain no is cca16c310 dt 27.12.2016the service technician from kolkata named sankar haldar replaced the cistern assembly part c7512 on 28.12.2016 inside the commode except the float at a cost of rs 780.00 plus service charge of rs 345.0, but he did not replace the base of the new assembly and placed the new assembly on the old base and told that this base is for cardiff type assembly which will be of much higher price. Please explain why a base component has been given with the cistern assembly when the same is not required to be installed and the base was not used and given to me to keep it aside. Has the service technician has correctly explained me the posion? I want to know the company's views in thgis regard.

                                      This complaint is in reference with the complaint filed on oct 31st 2016 and complaint Reference:CKT16A048 and the customer Care Executive verified on the very next week. I had attached some bills in relation with this matter.

                                      Initially I had informed the shop officials parryware organisation that Iam a genuine customer and what i had mentioned is 100% true. I got a question raised from the shop officials that I had manipulated the bills as per the bills the items are purchased on 2004.

                                      Is it possible to create a bill according to the value added Tax Rules 2005.The VAT bill is passed on 2005 and As a customer is it possibe to make it on 2004? All the bills are handwritten and all the letters are in different ways, some are corrected some are unidentifiable. Please go through all the bills the date and handwritten things It is not done by the customers end.As the system is software based only after 2008 by the shop officials.                                       Before purchasing Iam not forecasting that your product is not good and it has got complaint on coming years. As a customer I can check with the brand value and years of commitement.
                                      If this bill is manipulated Please cross check all the bills and estimates that had authorised signatory too.
                                      I had purchased all the things on 2007, 2008 and next years followed by the same. I had constructed a new house. neither renowated nor maintanence done. This basins are purchased on 2007.
                                      I have informed them that as an authorised organisation you can closely monitor and verify all the relavant documents. The consent getting after 2006 for starting construction and completion report, Electricity connection also.If necessary I am ready to send it. all the bar cords are still on the basins Iam not aware when to manufacter it ana all. I had send all the bills prior through mobile photographs. Now I had send using 200dpi Scanned image.
                                      Till today I am not getting any authorised reply in accordance with the same. The only reply I got is the bill was sendt to the QA(Quality Assurance) team. I had waited for 40 days. As a customer am 100% eligible for the warranty(10years) as the company offered and it is completely because of the manufacturing defect. Is this the right way to wait for this for a long time.

                                        I purchased this product in August, 2014 and got it installed by rock technician in October, 2014. However, it never worked and I had complaint many times. The technician came and did not know how to handle it. He took the remote unit and it was rectified. However, the water jet though function but there was no water coming. He promised to rectify it. The product was in warrantee period. It was not rectify. In the mean time I went abroad and returned in May, 2016. I again complaint, the technician came and told it will be rectified, but not returned back( May, 2016).
                                        I again complaint now in November, 2016. The technician came and said it is out of warrantee and i have to pay for the service and the part.
                                        I am sorry, that inspire of related complaint during warrantee period, it was not rectified, now out of warrantee they to charge for it.
