Have many emails with Rocket Commerce and their shipping company, Parcel Go, and made many phone calls to get the order I placed on August 20th. I have since cancelled the order and have not received my refund yet either. And this is going on over a month now. So, now I’m wondering with all that’s being said that rocket commerce is a scam, does that mean their shipping company is too!? Just want my refund and to never deal with this incompetent business again. Which I just discovered, the Better Business Bureau is unable to locate this place. Was this information helpful? |
