Rocket Commerce — Miracle lids continue

Was told many times my refund was being sent than told many times payment system is down.
They keep repeating the same thing over and over again like a robot.
It's been over a year and now blocking my emails from being sent to find out why I have not received my refund yet.
Last time I had gotten email from them was in May this year again about the payment system and to be patient.
I had contacted my credit card company last year when it happened the first time this company didn't tell me that it was coming from China not USA.
It went to warehouse not me so I told them to keep it and refund me because I had to wait for it again to be delivered.
CS gave me it for free because it wasn't stopped as I had requested and was to receive the rest of my refund for some was taken off due to having to wait.
Also this company sent me 4 of the same package not 3 for jars etc and 1 for fruits and vegetables as stated. Nor did they fit as stated either only the small kids for catfood cans.
Since last year I have been given the run around and excuses for them to refund me as CS stated.
