Rocket Commerce — Miracle Lids Purchased 8/18/20- NEVER Received

I ordered 3 sets of Miracle Lids - Order # 3E5FBF9F20 purchased August 18, 2020, was NEVER received (as of 3/2/21) and CANCELLED OCTOBER 29, 2020.

I continually emailed them on my order and they keep telling me it will be shipped soon. Finally, after 60 days, I asked them to cancel my order & return my money of $29.93(2 charged of $23.94 + $5.99 on 8/18/20).

They confirmed order Cancelled and they would refund my cresit card. As of today, still NO REFUND.
Rocket Commerce Httpsfloatiek Fl - Not sure where this company is located. Could be USA or China. Does anyone know more info on this company???
