They are connected to FK Commerce, and from a post there, I got a phone # and called them. Mina took my complaint and will research it. The # I got off of that complaint site is[protected]. She will research my complaint and call me back 11/5. I informed her that I had just filed a dispute with my credit card company. She said that she is hoping to resend the product. I told her that if I get the product, I would cancel the dispute. Chase said that FK will have 30-60 days to respond to the dispute and if they don't, the conditional credit they gave me would be permanent. I told Mina that if I received the product, I would cancel the dispute. This should be a win-win for me...money back or product. Was this information helpful? |
