I haad the same issue with rocket commerce I ordered July 2, 2020; contacted CC got a refund back to the card. Look at your statement has the date, trace #, if you still email saying on the way with that date would help. Also, did you call the company note date you talked to them what they said I got mine back in about ten days.eioo

Ordered Clip Cord(s) Lightning (Apple) and Dual Port Charger(s) on July 10th, and have not received them as of September 18th. Received a Shipping Confirmation t that they were "On their way" but never have received them What UP?
