Rocket Commerce — Silicone Lids providing seals for various dishes

Following up on my Order in August, 2020, I was initially told that I had
cancelled this order and that a refund had been issued, Please
check with your bank. Upon investigation I found that this so called
refund had in fact been issued four days before I had supposedly cancelled my order. I had in fact been given two Order numbers. After
many e-mails promising my refund, the last excuse was their machine had
broken down. I have put this matter in the hands of my Bank. So many
people have paid for goods in good faith and yet this Company are allowed
to continue to trade, pocketing people’s hard earned cash, with no
intention of ever sending the goods.
