On July 4, 2020, I ordered Miracle Lids, Buy 2 Get One Free, for $23.94. I received an Order Confirmation the same day. On July 14th, I received a Shipping Confirmation with a tracking number (which I was unable to track). I emailed them on August 21st telling them of my order on July 4th and that the tracking # could not be tracked. They emailed me right back with a valid tracking #. I watched the progress until it said the lids were delivered to my address on September 1st. They were never delivered to my address. I emailed them again on September 7th and 8th telling them they were NOT received. On September 10th they sent an email with a new tracking number which again cannot be tracked, and apologies for the inconvenience, that they are testing a new tool for tracking and they can see my order is still in transit.
