Ordered miracle lids on 29/07/20 and to date (15/10/20) still not received despite emails assuring me that they are “100%” on the way?
Was told they can’t refund as they have a problem with the machines which process payment...how convenient that they manage to work to accept payments???!!!
And now they have stopped responding to my emails as I have demanded refund...won’t hold my breath.
I find it despicable that they use COVID as the reason for a delay and even for a refund. This company simply operates to scam people during these difficult times when everyone should be pulling together.
I implore anyone to avoid this company at all costs.
