I placed an order for 2 sets of silicone lids and get one set free on sat. 7/11/2020. Money was taken from my account but i have not received an email from them or the items.
Same issue - ordered in June, never received. In September was told "we are experiencing problems with the system, as soon as it normalizes we will make your refund"
Received the same message from Rocket Commerce in October, November and December.
