I have purchased the mobile apple iphone 6 (32 gb) on 11th of oct 2017 from amazon and today 28th of oct 2017... Not even a month... The mobile got in to blue screen... The mobile was not fallen down... It was handled very carefully

Not sure how to get this issue resolved. Tried to get some resolution solutions but seems to be an hardware issue.

I tried to return/cancel the order from amazon but it says the seller window to return the orders is closed.

The seller is responsible for it. As this is not even a month and the seller has to replace with a new handset.
