Brother gifted a moto g plus 4th generation from amazon of invoice no: tn-maa[protected]. It has been ordered on 20th october and received on 23rd october 2016. As i was going for a international trip from 24th november to 15th november, i couldn't use the phone. Only by 16th november i had started to use the phone when i put my two sims only one was detecting and the other not. I went to service centre and they informed that one sim slot has got some issue. It is a damaged handset. Please provide the solution for this issue...
