Rocket Kommerce Llp — Not delivered my order no. [protected]

I have ordered Redmi Note 3 on[protected] but still I have not received my product. Please refund my amount Rs. 9999/- with penalty. Otherwise I will go for legal procedure. I have call at customer care of MI but not satisfactory resolution provided and refunded my amount. my track Id is[protected].
I have contacted to Fedex Ambla they inform me that Your order is lost in transit. On[protected] they informed me that device has found but seal of packed is broken. They ask me if I accept then they can deliver but I refuse due to pack has opened. Fedex has returned but still my amount has not been refunded and nobody from company side contact me.
