Hi team, I am very much frustrated customer this is my blinder mistake i am place order through amazon. Kindly see the previous details which is i have submit in amazon portal. I have received refurbished phone not brand new and there is lot of problem in that i am trying to call seller in day first send email or complaint to call center in one plus 5 mobile phone. Lot of time but no one can reply to me. Customer care is confirm to me that phone is not brand new so they can't help me my money is total worst. There is no value of your customer i have spent 32999/- This is our request to you kindly take action regarding my issue other wise i have only one path go to consumer affair in against to this fraud. Ordered for one plus 6 8gb Ram and 256 internal memory but I got one plus 6 6gb Ram and 64 gb internal memory. They are trying to chet public. Same company different item they are giving.
