Honorable Sir/Madam,
The Noida based jobs consultancy company Aapka Roozgaar Services Pvt. Ltd. authority call me and say "if you get registered with us, we provide you a job in private sector bank and for this you make some payment". I pay them some amount in 3 installment but latter they want more payment. I refused them to pay any amount. After this they told me "if you want to refund your money then you may pay some amount and then we refund your total money (previous and recent payment both) and it is our rule". Then I paid again in 2 steps but after this they told another thing that "If you want to refund your money then same amount like paid amount was store in your bank account and this time your account was not debited by us and it is the bank getaway proses ". But this time my account was again debited by them.
I am belong from a poor family please help me as soon as possible otherwise I have no choice to quite myself. I attached my bank payment transaction details picture as a proof.

I have got from [protected] Sunday from roozgaar.com for job placcenents. I have registered with it first paying 1685, please, sir take action on this as early as possible.There are more than 2 person and one lady involved. The address on their order receipt is in Uttar Pradesh.Please catch them and first ban their fake website. it is my mistake that I was not properly search information about them.

And told me that you will get the joining in next 15 days. But after making the transactions, I did noyt get any call from them. Then I saw the different fraud complaints registered. So, they had also cheated me. Now I had paid a total amount of Rs.20,109/-.

So, please sir help me to return back my money and take some very bigaction against them. If you want other details I do have complete details of transaction on my mail id.

Kindly help me to overcome with this problem.

I got call from customer care executive of Aapka roozgaar services ( www.roozgaar.com ) F-31, sector-6, Noida for registration on their website for arranging interviews for some premium jobs in delhi on 5/7/2013. He told me to pay Rs ( 1500+ service tax ) for registration & arranging interview in some premium organization which i paid online on their website on 7/7/2013 at 11 am thru my ICICI Debit card. After paying amount of Rs 1500+service tax, he told me to click on pay Rs 9773 more for doing profile verification & arranging the interview. He forced me to put my bank card details on their website once again. I put those details under pressure & clicked the pay button. But after that i doubted that this is not a genuine site so i cancelled my second transaction. Then i checked my ICICI ATM & found that amount of Rs 1685+9773 was deducted from my account. Then i called ICICI Customer care to block my ATM & Cancel 2nd transaction of Rs 9773 at 5 pm. But at 6.30 pm , i got 1 more mail on my mail id from roozgaar that an amount of Rs 23,815 has been deducted from my account once again. This transaction was carried out by roozgaar team without my permission & by hacking my ATM card details. Which is a serious crime. Roozgaar team also changed password of my profile without my permission. All the invoices sent by Roozgaar services are available on my mail ID as a proof. So i request you to please investigate this matter & try to return by precious money back as early as possible. Thank you.

I got a call from roozgaar.com by Sanjeev Sharma saying that my CV has been taken form some other website and has been shortlisted byroozgaar.com. He said my application would be forwarded to the P&G that have vacancies and I can expect the interview call within 2 days. But all this will require registration with on their website and that will require Rs. 1500, which becomes 1685 after addition of other charges. And I was required to do the process right away. I agreed to it and paidthe money using my credit card. The transaction details are:

Even after paying Rs. 17074.49 (total), they further asked me to pay Rs. 6050 for 3 year career report to complete the verification process.
I refused to pay this money and asked them to refund the amount that I paid. Initially, they did not mention that I will be required to pay around Rs. 18000 for getting my application forwarded and instead gave me incomplete information that only registration is required amounting to Rs. 1685.
Their website (roozgaar.com)says that there is a definite money back refund and cancellation policy even for 100% money back if refund is claimed within 72 hours. I claimed for refund within 24 hours by sending the request on the mail id on their website [protected]@roozgaar.com and sending a request on their website in the contact us section.
The person with whom I conversed in the same regard kept telling me that there is no refund policy and whatsoever may be the case, no refund request is considered.
I kept contacting the people in the same regard but they declined my request.
My complaint is here, their websitementions refund policy but they are refusing to refund my Rs. 18000. My repetitive requests have been declined. They are also not paying attention to my claim. If I call them, they simply transfer my call from one person to the other and ultimately disconnect it.
I therefore, request you to please look into the matter and help me get mymoney back. Many complaints have been made by other people deceived by the same company.
One Ms. Subham ankit called me up on 1st july and informed that my money will be refunded , but till today no updates from them and the numbers are always

good afternoon sir/mam yesterday morning 9.30 am around i got a call from roozgaar.com they said that we will provide you jobs in hdfc,hsbc banks in your location so i got dout and asked hsbc is not in warangal she told no no in hdfc it is and urgent requirements for candidates in banking she told some registration amount will be it is refundable so they have taken 1685 from my account again they connected cal to their hr he said me that how much balance in ur account i told low balance he told give any other account number of 20000 balance because just to verify by the company i asked him the money will not cut from account na iam giving my dad account he told noting to worry mam balance will not deduct so i gave details as soon as i gave details money withdrawn from dad account 14788rs then i made a call to that number no response from that number tiil now please help mein refund my money total 16585 please help me without eating struggled hard and saved money in bank and they did this much fraud roozgaar is a fraud cheater website [protected],[protected] from these number they called please help me

I got call from ADIL KHAN M/s Aapka Roozgaar Services Private Limited, that we are a govt co., we provide services in private sector and as well as govt. sector.
We have urgent opening in Indore MNC in which your profile is suitable for that.we will conduct a telephonic interview immediately because they have urgent requirement for that u have to register your profile in our portal for that you have to pay 2000.so I took one plan

But after paid they called me again and said before telephonic interview clients want your documents verification,so I said you should told me when I paid 2000,I don't want to do documents verification so he said ok then forgot this 2000 also.
So next day I wrote a mail to the co.,so instead of reply one lady call me (name SONIYA KSHYAP) and said to my why you are canceling order,our team is already working on your profile.If you don't want new service it's ok you wait 15 days,still you are not satisfy we will refund your money.
But today I got call again and one man VISHAL called me and said your resume is in process but first they want your documents verification I said I already said i will not give a single money,if you can process ok otherwise give me my money back.
So he said for that you have to create new account and u have to register for that you have to pay some money which is refundable.

Kindly help to get the refund from the company

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have registered on M/s AAPKA ROOJGAAR SERVICES PVT. LTD. for recruitment services on 10th Feburary’2013 and made payment of Rs. 1685.40 by my father bank account debit card. This was registration fees.

And later on 15th Feburary’2013, I again made payment of Rs. 2022.48 for Order No.R26922-C3 for Roozgaar profile Verification.

But nothing has happened. I have not received any services from this company. I just thought that my money has gone into waste.

Life is going easy and I am settled down in my village.

But one day i.e. 10th May 2013, my phone ranged, there is a person of this company. He has given his identity as Mr. Alok Gupta. He told me that we are refunding your entire amount (Registration fee and Order No R2622-C3 charges) immediately thru online fund transfer in your bank account from which you had made these payments because we could not provided the job to you within 21 days.

He told me to follow the instructions over Phone and ask to open our portal (M/s AAPKA ROOJGAAR) to process the transaction. Then he told me to update my bank details to his portal and select the services mentioned appearing on the site.

I did whatever he suggest and he confirmed that once certain amount will be deducted from your account and the same alongwith your earlier payment i.e. registration and Order No. R2622-C3 will be refunded within one hour.
I did the same transaction twice one for registration fee refund and another for Order No. R2622-C3 charges refund.

By these transaction, my father bank account was debited twice by Rs.15896.70 (Order no. R43624-C3) and Rs.16623.60 (Order no. R43610-C3).
Then I had intimated immediately to the company that your executive wrongly guided to me and get the above stated orders. I had called to Ms/Mrs Partima Sharma (employee of M/s AAPKA ROOJGAAR SERVICES PVT. LTD.) and informed the whole issue and she told that this is the wrong transaction we will investigate and will refund your amount.
After that I am in continuous follow up with the company to refund my entire amount of Rs. 32,520.30 (Rs.15896.70 + Rs.16623.60). Now they are saying that we will refund partial amount of Rs. 19,898.00 and for the rest amount Rs. 12622.30 (INR 32,520.30 –19,898.00). We will provide services. But I have informed to them that I don’t want any services from you. So please refund my entire amount.
But they are still denying to refund entire amount,

The www.Roozgaar.com is a cheating website, they are call to non-job holders for given the jobs in different industries and departments. they received money from candidates and registered in their website, after registration they demanded more money from candidates.

Please alert from thease company calls.
and i suggest to indian govt for taking serious action on that company, so many persons are deceived by that company, kindly take action,

They asked me to pay 1500 Rs towards a service namely Resume Xplode. Then after, they asked me to pay for power resume, job assistance, profile verification, linkedin profile, resume analysis, interview cracker and 3-year career report. all total 10248.36 rs. as long i was making the payment they were telling the payments are refundable if i am not satisfied with their service. and again they asked me to pay 6800/- when i declane to pay any further payments. they said that it is not possible process my application untill i make the payment as they ask and also they are telling the amount which i paid earlier is not refundable.

Pls get my amount refunded.

There are many candidates who have been duped by this fake Job provider. But, roozgaar.com is still continuing these fraudulent activities unabated. Hence, I request the authorities from the law to take notice of these actions and bring to book all those involved in these activities.

On 29th jan, 2013, i received a call from one of the representatives of roozgaar.com. They said me that they selected my resume from some online job website. They asked me to pay 1500 Rs towards a service namely Resume Xplode. Then after, they asked me to pay for power resume, job assistance, profile verification, linkedin profile, resume analysis, interview cracker and 3-year career report. all total 20000 rs. they did not provide any service in return. after complaining repeatedly, now they say they are ready to refund all the money for which they are asking to login from some other's profile and select all the services. then they are asking to enter the card details. after that on the 3-D secure password page, they are asking to click on the forgot password link and then they provide a new password. then they ask to click pay now. After completing all these process, they say that no money will be deducted and instead all the amount paid till now will be refunded into the account. I CONFIRMED FROM MY BANK THAT THESE ALL ARE FRAUDULENT PROCESS AND NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED AND INSTEAD THEY CAN MAKE TRANSACTION FROM OUR DEBIT CARD WHENEVER REQUIRED. There are many candidates who have been duped by this fake Job provider. But, roozgaar.com is still continuing these fraudulent activities unabated. Hence, I request the authorities from the law to take notice of these actions and bring to book all those involved in these activities.

sir i got a cal from roozgaar consultancy to deposite 7000 rs in three parts for direct placement in top mnc companies.
i deposited money in there A/c. and it passed two months they nt provided any job and now they are nt recieving my call. i have a recipt of bank which i have deposited money. so its request you to please take care of my profile. i will be very thankful to you

I am Atul Garg, actually i have received call from Roozgaar eService Pvt. Ltd called person Mr.Shubham[protected] for job. He asked me to pay Rs.1123.60/-, I paid money thorough my credit card on Website: www.roozgaar.com
i got one job oppertunity, but he know the full details like salary and all other facilities but now he is not ready to share those details with me, without knowing the details how can i get that job. But now that person is asking me 3500/- extra to get that details.
So now what can i do..?
