Its very disappointing that i need to write this email as such scary experience i got recently with your cake shop named "rose n cake" as i have placed order as below to be delivered on 15/05/2020 1st on 11/05/2020 with order no. 14639 2nd on 13/05/2020 with order no. 14666 As well the above both the orders was placed getting prior confirmation from your customer care representative ms sameera on live chat that it will be delivered to the said area that is vile parle east - pin code 400099 on 15/05/2020 on the basis of your commitment we have placed order online making 100% advance payment. I have confirmed the 2- 3 times for selected pin location from ms sameer post that placed these 2 orders. Unfortunately post payment we received an email from your customer care stating that the said order will not be delivered on 15/05/2020 and will be delivered after 17/05/2020. I have placed order prior to get the delivery on 15/05/2020 why i should accept it on 17/05/2020 for the same i have paid you in advance. If this was the reason why your customer care representative committed to attempt the delivery before placing order. As well now i am following up with your customer care number online live chat but not receiving any response through email also on call the lady who is attending the call no[protected] she does not know even how to talk to customer and her language is so rude and now she has stopped receiving my calls, not responding to mails, no sms reply, nothing. Is this the way the service is been provided by you and your customer care. With all above dramatic scenario kindly arrange to refund the amount by today only as before we file complaints on you and on behavior which your staff has shown.
