Rosencakes — I didn't get refund for 3 months

I wrote the mail to rosencakes that they provided only but I didn't get my refund of the amount of Rs 950. Please see the written mail below:
Hello Rosencakes,

I am a customer who ordered half a kg Rasmalai Cake for Rs 950 on 14 Dec 2023 at 10:48 AM. I want to cancel my order due to the delivery cause.

Please consider my cancellation of the order. Call me for any discrepancies, if occur in paying the amount.

After many emails and calls, they replied once like:
Dear Sakshi

We have canceled the order as per request .Refund against the order you will receive within 6 to 7 working days. as per the cancellation policy.
Your cooperation is appreciated.
Thank you

And still, it has almost been 3 months but I didn't get my refund back.
