I've ordered a cake using this website on 25th Jan. It costs INR 1700, after payment they send me another link. They said they need extra cash for delivery and that is about 250INR. I've raised this as a complaint and asked them why asking for money after payment. They said if I don't want that order, I can cancel that. So I chose to cancel it, they told me that I would get a refund within 2/3 days. Today is 31st Jan and I still haven't received the money. I contacted them by email and they said it is initiated in the form of a wallet so that I have to order from the same site again. I told them I don't want to do that since I saw that the company is fake, I've seen a lot of negative feedback reported on google. They aren't willing to give our money back. I totally agree with you @sruthys123 . The same thing happened with me. I had placed an order on 2nd Feb 2023, I paid the amount and next mail they asked me to pay 250/- as a delivery charges and I denied it and cancelled my order and ask them to pay my money back to my source. Their reply was you will get the amount within 4-5 working days. After a month, after so many follow ups on mail and call they issued a voucher against it. I requested them to credit that amount on my source on mail, they didn't reply and now they are not receiving the call too. their service is pathetic and cakes are over priced. After going through all the reviews I don't feel like to order it as they are totally fake.

One more funny thing was, they told me its minimum 4-5 working days and I don't understand by this .Maximum they can take life long it seems to be.
